I went there to just pick my food. The girl on front was very rude. Food was ok but I donot know why the front staff too rude with customers not to me but with another 2 customers as well.

If I could give it a zero I would. Today I bought 10 pieces of chicken and threw half in the trash. It’s not crispy, it’s all saggy there were not wings, thighs or breast. Horrible. I don’t know if it’s the new management or what’s going on , but it’s not crispy at all 👎

My daughter and I visited the KFC branch on Colborne in Sarnia, and while the food was good as expected, I was quite disappointed with the service. The staff appeared uninterested and unaccommodating. There was a noticeable lack of energy and courtesy—something I find surprising for a fast-food chain that should prioritize quick and friendly customer service.
Upon entering, the atmosphere already felt off. There were no greetings from the team, and even while leaving, not a single acknowledgment. It makes you wonder about the level of customer service training being provided here.
Unfortunately, the poor service experience overshadowed the quality of the food. I hope the management takes steps to improve the staff’s attitude and hospitality, as it significantly affects the overall dining experience.
