I don’t know what’s going on in KFC’s kitchens, but calling this meal “food” is an insult to the word. I ordered the 4-piece Original Recipe Box Meal, expecting the crispy, flavorful fried chicken KFC is supposedly famous for. Instead, I got soggy, sad-looking chicken that felt like it had been steamed rather than fried. Soggy fried chicken—really? That’s a new low.
And if that wasn’t bad enough, two of the pieces smelled absolutely rancid, like something fished out of a dumpster. Rotten meat in a meal that people are supposed to eat? That’s not just disgusting—it’s downright dangerous. Do they even have quality control, or is the policy just to serve whatever is lying around?
The coleslaw was another crime against food. It was ice-cold and tasted like it had been sitting in a fridge for a week, with that stale, musty “leftovers” vibe. At this point, I was scared to take another bite.
The only remotely edible things were the Diet Pepsi (which KFC obviously didn’t make) and the French fries. Congratulations, KFC, you managed not to ruin pre-packaged soda and deep-fried potato sticks. What an achievement.
This meal was a complete joke, and not a funny one. KFC, do better—or just stop pretending you care about food.
The only thing “finger-lickin’ good” about this was throwing it in the trash.

I had a fantastic experience at KFC Colborne. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious. The chicken was perfectly cooked, and the fries were just right. The staff was friendly, polite, and quick with the service. The restaurant was clean and had a great atmosphere. I will definitely be coming back for more. Highly recommend.

Ordered 10 pieces of chicken a 2 orders of poutine. The chicken was mostly cheap cuts of chicken. The poutines appeared to be reheated, not fresh, with very few cheese curds that were actually dried out as if they'd been exposed to open air for a while. If you've ever left the wrapper off cheese, you know what i mean. anyway. wont be back.

Everytime I get this one arrogant indian employee, maybe he is the manager. But he is always rude and never makes sure the order is right. Everytime I order from him my order is messed up. He needs to go.

The experience was overall ok until the supervisor, manager or whosoever sitting right behind the counter gave a continued stare at us while we were deciding what food to order. I think that was highly unprofessional and rude. Food wasn't good as well.

Ordered online. Chicken was black and macaroni salad was frozen..yes frozen. Driver called me and I gave him instructions how to use our buzzer. After the phone call, I repeatedly received threatening text messages if I don't respond my order will not be delivered. The food was disgusting!!
Not a good place to have food. Very expensive . Will get much better and tasty food in same price. Food was served very late. Staff gave more preference to online orders.

I stopped going to this KFC as last 2 times I went food was not good. Narved told me it was good and he said it would be fresh…..he was right and his service was great! He was very pleasant and friendly. Gave 4 star on the food as I feel if you buy a bucket they should at least throw in a couple sauces (not charge for them) Thanks Narved for your great service. :)

Ordered through the app for immediate delivery. The app scheduled the delivery for 9:45pm tonight (instead of now!) and I am unable to get in touch with this location at the number specified even though the app gives that number. No answer just goes to voice mail. The app has always been a problem bit the lack of support from this location will not soon be forgotten
