I absolutely love this place.
We have a large order for take out and it's always done in 10 mins.
The servers are cheerful and food is well priced and delicious.
I only gave a 4⭐ because of no automatic doors making it hard to get into with a disability but everything else is tip top.

Great breakfast place in Sarnia. I ordered breakfast Sandwich and the taste was remarkable. I recommend this place to everyone. Moreover, the new owner are great and they go above and beyond for customer service.

As far as atmosphere it's a little dated but I kinda like that in a breakfast/lunch diner. Food and service is always great and I've been going to Lee's for 35 years.

Parking: Not the biggest parking lot but there's also plenty of street parking.
