The lady cashier should learn what is customer service and maybe have some decency to talk with customer. Worst customer service experience.

Went there today not knowing it was a $5 deal but ordered the 3 meat and a pepperoni told it’d be a 15 min wait which is fine but watched everyone that came in after me get there’s first as I ended up waiting half hour. The pizza crust was gooey and the 3 meat was so spicy this time it’s non eatable for my kids as I don’t eat pizza we will never go back

The manager was screaming at her staff throwing thing & was horrible the food was cold & hard & WAY too spicy like she had put jalapeño juice on my pizza I was not impressed

I think you should take your signs down that say hot n ready between 4-8 because there's never anything hot n ready. Then tells me that after I pay and I'm here waiting 15 mins. Sorry that sucks. Time is valuable and you wasting it.

Three time now it's like they can't be bothered to put cheese on the pizza and when I said something they told me they can't do anything about a mainly sauce pizza

I made a call at 11:40 after seeing a tick-tock video that they give away free pizza from what’s left over just before close, after ringing I spoke to a guy called Revel/Rebel or something like that, he said some places do that but not in Sarnia, after talking to him he asked if was able to afford one, then he told me if I can’t afford one to come down and he will buy me one!I didn’t take him up on the offer as I was just seeing if it was true and try my luck as you do ☺️did not expect him to offer to buy me one if I can’t afford, I feel I needed to put this on the review as this is such a nice gesture and we need more people like him!

Yall forgot my crazy puffs on my order

Went in for the family deal $26.99 and said i wanted the cheese bread with it not crazy. They wanted to charge me more for the cheese bread and I said why have it on the sign if you goin to charge more for it? They changed it at put it for the combo price but then my food came out looking like this 🙄 burnt pizza and over loaded with spices cheese bread and I said no sausage and theres sausage. Over all just sad customer service and food to go along with it Mmmmmmmm what a deal.
