The food was good but the service was god awful. The server seemed more interested in talking to her friend than she was in actually serving, and when I asked for a non-alcoholic drink as I was driving, she recommended I leave and go to a corner store instead, if I wanted a pop. She was just not interested in providing good customer service which really dampened the entire experience given that the food is so unbelievably expensive. For a place that is suggested to be higher-end, it was just really poor service for how much we were paying to be there. I recommended going elsewhere if you're looking for a nice date night.

My girlfriend and I went to Lola’s Lounge for our regular date night, and it instantly became our new favorite restaurant in Sarnia! We’ve been to many spots in town, but the service here was outstanding—warm, attentive, and welcoming. The food was absolutely fantastic, packed with bold flavors and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was perfect for a great night out. This will definitely be our go-to spot from now on. Highly recommend!

Spent a few hours here with a larger group. Everyone loved their food. My Ahi Tuna was the best I’ve ever tasted. Service was discreet and efficient. Will definitely be coming back

Great place to eat if you're exploring Sarnia. Decor is nice. Service was great, couldn't be get a table without a reservation but we were offered one when the party didn't show. The food was very good. I was worried because pork loin isn't something I go for at restaurants but it was tender and plated well. I'll definitely be back!

Staff were extremely rude towards me and my family. We understood that the place was busy but there was no need for them to roll their eyes at us and refuse to give us our check.

I will start off with 5 stars for the gals up front. Seems like the owner has lost touch of reality and has become extremely frugal and pompous. I remember ordering meals that were just spectacular, a truly great spot to frequent. The inability to keep a kitchen staff shows through. Inconsistently at its finest! The girls up front are the glue that holds it together, except for one older gal who is apparently a family member and is extremely rude and not easy to deal with in regards to anything that is amiss ( found a generous piece of plastic amidst my $50, 1/2 inch overcooked ribeye) while she laughed in my face and asked so what's the problem. Enough said, enjoy your business and all the best to your wait staff!

My daughter took me out to dinner for my birthday and the food was terrible. Our appetizer was Oysters Rockefeller, and one of the oysters my daughter ate was rotten. She actually threw it up at the table. She had a rack of lamb that was blue rare and extremely chewy. She ordered medium rare. It had a sweet sauce but there was also alot of horse radish on it. The taste combo was not fitting.
I had the beef tenderloin which was also undercooked to blue as well. It was tough meat with lots of tendon still attached. It was extremely disappointing. On top of all that, it took 1&1/2 hours to get our food and no one came to check on us to ask how it was. We needed to tell them that it was pretty inedible. I had to go find the server eventually because we had to go. The restaurant was overly packed and cold. People kept coming in and out and it was a cold night.

Bartender was rude and all staff was unwelcoming. We felt so uncomfortable the whole time. Only stayed for one drink. Disappointed :(
