Coming from out of town my son and I needed to kill some time before an event and googled this spot for breakfast. We were met with smiles and greetings. Polite waitress helped us through the order process and one of the better breakfast’ we’ve had in sometime. Slight crisp to the potatoes, thick bacon cooked very well, eggs medium, and side of beans. My son had the omelette and was very impressed. The cook later came out to say hi and ensure everything was good. Fantastic experience for a little “ma and pa” diner.

We had a great experience at Ma & Pa’s. The service was very friendly and fast. The food was cooked perfectly (the bacon was excellent quality and the home fries were nice and crispy). We were offered coffee refills unlike another reviewer, and had no issues with availability of items or cleanliness. This is a true diner experience, nothing fancy, just good food and good people.

We came in as a group of three for the first time and we won’t be back. The restaurant wasn’t very busy, but the tables and overall space were dirty — we even had to ask our server to wipe our table down. The coffee wasn’t good, and when our server spilled some (while swearing after burning his hands), it didn’t make for a great impression.
Several items on the menu were crossed out or sold out, so choices were limited. The pictures you see of the menu on this page are not up-to-date. Our server never came by to check on us or offer a coffee refill. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. There are plenty of other diners in Sarnia that do a much better job.

Great find! Although when we searched for it on Google it took us to stacked. We called and got directed to the correct location. Clean, large portiond, friendly. Very tasty will go back next time we are in Sarnia,

We had the special for lunch, bacon cheeseburger with fries for $12.95!! Excellent value for the quality and amount of food received! Burgers are home made, not frozen, tastes like a backyard BBQ! You can tell they care about their food and customers! Passing through town but will keep this on our list of must return when we are in the area!
