The employee was a bit of a lesson! Asked for gummy bear add ins, a total of 4 gummy bears went in. That's right, 4 little gummy bears in my bowl full of $7.99+ tax ice cream! I asked if I could have more than 4 & was told "no, sorry. I am not allowed". I've promptly decided that for the $52 spent on 4 small bowls of ice cream, my business & hard earned money will be spent somewhere else! Thanks marble slab.

Worth the price, they have a huge variety of flavours and toppings to choose from. Staff is very friendly and helping. The quality is best in the whole town so fresh and creamy. They also have vegan flavours and frozen yogurts too. I tried the salted caramel ice cream and it was delicious. It’s a must visit place.
Avoid this place like the plague. Manager has a history of fraud. Cheap ingredients in their ice cream and even cheaper morals. Made a delivery to this place and they lied about receiving it and then lied to my face about disputing the delivery.

I want to support this business but unfortunately the owner doesn't seem to care that we have to wait 20 or 30 min, because he only has one employee. The ice cream is very expensive but no only that if you pay with card the tip goes to the owner and the employee gets a bit. How abusive ?

It's sad to go to this place where the icecream is so delicious but the service is very terrible. They only have one employee since the owner, an East Indian, steals the tips from the employees, how is this allowed in Canada? these people come to buy businesses here to abuse their employees. And it's not just this man if not almost all of them restaurant owners also abuse and steal tips from their employees! What a horrible thing that this is happening here in Canada!
