Food is really good however a bit pricey for fast food. Only a few chairs inside for eating so more of a take out place. Would eat there more if prices were better

Went to the drive through at 740 pm. Could hardly understand the woman at the drive through. Ordered 13 pieces, and a few chicken strips. Not only was it a 60$ meal (joke) . But I was asked to wait 10 minutes out front for the order to be completed. Which turned in to 25+ minutes past the receipt time. Then as I said what happened to 10 minutes. She said oh I’m sorry you can have a free can of pop 🤦♂️…. Food was alright. But what happened to the hearty days of chicken on the breasts … pretty disappointing for a 60 dollar meal .. won’t return.

We got three spicy big mary from drive through. All the bun on the chicken seemed liked last end pieces. The chicken was adjed to be well done but it was burnt and overcooked. Not too mention the chicken seemed too small. We always get food on mondays but this time it is disappointment.

My wife and I argued as I believed Mary Browns chicken was freshly cut and battered and my wife thought it came frozen then heated. Still, both amazed over the flavor, completely in my glory of the tasty Chicken burger, I was then overjoyed being proven right when calling Mary Browns inquiring about their freshly cut, hand battered Chicken. They do it all on site! So amazing! Worth all the money!

First time ordering from that restaurant. Placed my order at 4pm for a 6pm delivery; order arrived 35min late. Uber eats: 0 star
Paid extra for all dark meat; the thighs were barely cooked; still bloody inside. Restaurant: 0 star
The menu says: Mac n cheese… what you get is a small cold macaroni salad; another 0 star
Will never order there again

Asked for little bit more gravy and they put alot of gravy , it was like a soup, i made a complaint then they call me back and i was busy didn’t pick up the call , called them back for compensation but they said never ask for extra gravy thankyou so much will never go back
Got the call from the manager regarding the complaint of a poutine to which I asked some extra gravy and they put a lot of gravy and make the poutine gross And the manager is calling me to Tell me never ask for extra gravy Such a great customer service will never go back there again and suggest the same to everybody

Order3 big mary combos. The pieces of chickens had no breaded on them. This place usually amazing. Not sure what happened. Worst part is I called them, explained everything, they put me on hold for 20min then new person comes back on. Horrible customer service. Will never return. .
