The place is really dirty. We were coming in from out of town, so we wanted a quick bite. Kids climbing on tables with dirty shoes, tables and chairs filthy, garbage on most tables. I won't return there. The only saving grace was the young lady taking the order...very pleasant and kind.

I usually go to the other 2 locations as I've not had good experiences at this location. The man at the window made my icecream and then vanished for at least 10 min. I was the only customer there. When I finally got my order the icecream was completely melted and not edible. I literally poured it out. I don't mind waiting for fresh food but make the icecream last so it's not completely melted.

Quality of fries depends very heavily on freshness of fryer oil. Had the best food in years recently one evening then the next visit around lunch was the usual disappointment I've become used to. Both were equally hot/fresh but the freshness of their fryer seems to be the deciding factor in quality.

Had a happy meal and a mcdouble meal with only cheese. Mcdouble was not only cheese and filled with all the standard items. Lucky enough was eating in and playing at the play place so had plenty of time to catch their error and get a replacement burger
Play place could use a good cleaning maybe couple times a year as it smells like pee and feet inside of it also
Paid $38 for my food, wanted to charge me $0.69 per packet of mayo. Brutal! Also no sweet and sour sauce for nuggets and no chicken and ranch snack wraps?!
Call me old school, but I think people have given up on taking pride in their work, especially at $17.20/hr minimum wage. Paid $26 and change for 2 chicken wraps and 2 drinks which I thought was way too much, both wraps were completely undone in the wrapper, toppings everywhere, and of course went through the drive thru. So now there is lettuce, tomatoes and cucumbers all over my car. Very poor quality. I will not be purchasing anything from this location ever again. Very Sad.

Went through drive-thru because it's supposed to be quicker. We were given our drinks and asked to pull to a designated spot in the parking lot, and the rest of our order would be out shortly. It was literally almost 15 minutes before the rest of the order came out. There is no such thing as fast food anymore.
