This is my favourite McDonald’s in Sarnia. Even when it’s busy, I’ve never waited more than five minutes. The staff are consistently friendly and efficient. A special thanks to Brooke! Despite being short-staffed yesterday, she served everyone with a smile . Excellent service!

Would of rated 1 star for the terrible service from the employees. Then a nice worker named Brooke was super nice and more then exceptional customer service and made up for it and treated us great with a smile and respect. Would not have came back to this location if not for the employee named Brooke. I hope she is treated well by management, she is the only thing saving this McDonald's

Head office should probably know that any service metrics being collected at this site are fake. The self order kiosk never has printer paper, and they clear the order from the screen as soon as it arrives, so you at head office never get an actual account of how long it takes from order placed to order fulfillment. If this is corporate policy, then you could save more money by taking down the screen that lists the in progress and order being served messages, and not pay the electricity bill to run it, either. Oh, and the fries are always cold here.

Hi, I visited your location around 9:19 PM and ordered a Junior Chicken meal and two sandwiches. The girl with blue eyes served us. The food was cold and the fries were really bad. We asked for new fries, and a male staff member said he’d get us fresh ones, but we had to wait 4–5 minutes. Meanwhile, the same girl was doing her closing duties and ignored us even when we said “excuse me” several times.
She was very rude, and even told us to leave while other people were still eating. It felt really unfair and disrespectful. She also kept hitting the POS system and the coffee machine aggressively. If the manager is reading this, please check the cameras. Her behavior was unacceptable and she clearly lacks basic manners.
This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had, and I hope you’ll look into it.

horrible experiences and from the other reviews it seems you guys need new staff, insanely slow! i waited 20 mins for two fries that had NO salt i saw her not put any on the fries. HORRIBLE SERVICE DO BETTER

I almost paid 27$ for these and then i asked for mayonaise because i couldn't order it at the self-serve ordering screen, and then she said it's 60 cents , do you want it!!! I said of course why not!!!!! she made me feel as if i'm broke... and then after i paid she put the mayonnaise in a plastic cup idk what was that.will not come again
