Is this a restaurant or a warehouse that makes food? They purposely make the transaction as impersonal as possible.
I had an order but forgot to ask for some water. For 5 minutes I stood at the counter, where at least 6 people (crew members & managers) saw me standing there. No one even attempted to ask what I needed. I called for their attention 3x in that 5 minute span. Do you really have to raise your voice just to get someone's attention? Talk about poor service. I bet that if they had the option to just have a wall with a hole to slide out the food, they would 100% do that.

Restaurant was nice and clean except for the bathroom. Always amazed at how small the regular hamburger is, and I wish they would put more salt on the fries. But, still my favorite place to eat! Sure glad they still let us order at the counter, always have trouble with the self ordering sites.
