Restaurant was nice and clean except for the bathroom. Always amazed at how small the regular hamburger is, and I wish they would put more salt on the fries. But, still my favorite place to eat! Sure glad they still let us order at the counter, always have trouble with the self ordering sites.

The treatment of an employee was horrible, it was rude, I gave the order badly and it took almost 40 minutes with a bad face and bad attitude It also served customers who had arrived after us and with a more complex menu the ice cream spread it through the cup, and without a spoon

Was there sat Nov 30 at 1:30 pm ordered milkshake qrt pound with mus on and pickle was told shake machine was broke that was fine had to repeat what was on burger 3 times got burger with a lot of ket no mustard and alot of salt and meat was overcooked. Will never go back.

$48 for chicken that tasted like it was made at lunchtime (it is night time). The new big arch isn't very good either, they should just make it like a Mac and maybe it would be good. McDonald's was only ever good for its price, but when it's more than ten dollars (two mc chicken "value meals" cost $25 plus tax) for a "value meal", then where is the value? (It certainly isn't in the nutritional value)
Kid-friendliness: Don't feed this "food" to your kids.

The one on Confederation st in Sarnia wouldnt give me my Boardwalk winner so i went down town to the other one and had no issues The managers on Confed seam to think they make their own rules I went there for a coffee daily for the last 3 years but they lost me as a customer for playing these games

Make sure to always check your order fully before walking out or driving away, as they seem to mess it up in one way or another roughly 50% of the time. That’s a prolific failure rate for a fast food business. It’s also best to use the drive-thru if you must go here, as going inside is a gamble due to the high number of burnouts who frequent this location and loiter out front.
