Worst McDonald’s of all the crap McDonald’s I’ve had the displeasure of going to. If I didn’t have children that loved their slop I’d blender darken their doorsteps. Oddly enough I loved it as a child as well, but for some reason I remember it being a better deal. Expensive and everything is have the quality and size.. 👎🏻👎🏻.. Nice cookies by the way !! 😂😂 is that their idea of trying to keep you calorie counting

Every time I come to this location it’s service with a smile. Never takes long to get my order and always have time to chat. The fries are always hot. Nothing better than McDonald’s hit fries

Probably the worst location in sarnia . Not only for quality of food but friendliness is something most employees don't have the skill of . They are also a night mare to work with . As an Uber delivery driver I spend 10-20minuets waiting for orders once they lock the dinning room . They refuse to use the drivethrough to make it easier instead they make us wait and will pack 5-8 orders before they bring one out so customers get there food cold and we get our tips taken back by customers on the app . Dispite me constantly calling to inform them it never changes

Three stars because it depends on what time you go. Morning and early afternoon crew are great, polite, and fast and the food tastes and looks better. Evening crew is nice, the young guys are really sweet and bring you your hot drinks if you’re filling up cold drinks; food is blah, edible but tastes a little old. Late evening and night crew are rude and too chatty with each other, takes forever to get your food and there’s usually a mess in the dining room; food tastes like they threw it out, recooked it, threw it on the floor, then put it in a bag.
Haileigh took my order patiently. She is Calm friendly, sweet and nice.

I visited the McDonald’s on London Road in Sarnia with my wife. I ordered a meal that included a wrap, a hash brown, and a coffee. Unfortunately, the wrap was cold, which was very disappointing.
Additionally, when I asked if they could heat up my food, the employee responded in an a passive aggressive manner, as if they were upset, saying: “we don’t do that”. I understand that everyone can have difficult days, but that’s not the right way to address a customer. As someone who also works in customer service, I know how important it is to handle these situations with respect and professionalism. It was embarrassing for me, especially since I was with my wife. I hope this feedback is taken into consideration to improve both the quality of the food and the attitude of the staff.
