WORST SERVICE! staff were standing around talking about how a client was mad it took 10 minutes to get a coffee. while I waited 10 minutes to get a coffee. guy said the machine wasn't working while I saw other customers, who came in aftet me, leave with coffee. NEVER coming back here.

On June 28 at 643 I ordered through the app on my phone. I ordered for curbside pickup. I sat there for 10 minutes. My partner went in after almost 15 minutes and asked about the order. He was told the number was called and no one stepped up for the order. He asked do you not do curbside anymore that it was supposed to be curbside. The associates replied they didn’t realize it was curbside. It’s now 22 minutes later he comes out and it’s cold. My partner took it back in and the manager asked what was wrong with it was it wrong. My partner said it was cold. The reply he got back was it was under the heat lamp. Yes for almost 20 minutes with the top of the bag open. There was no compensation offered or apology. The second order was a little warmer than the first. I’m sorry to say but the McDonald’s on confederation rd in Sarnia is a joke. Needless to say

Ordered a meal and a sandwich through drive-thru. First of all they took a long time to make my order. Second the sandwich was missing and the food tasted off. Bun was soggy and fries too. Would not recommend this location save your money or head to anywhere else but here.

Although the breakfast muffins and coffee are usually fresh and tasty, the counter service at times is slow and not always courteous...although at other times one lady server is quite friendly. What is very annoying, however, is having to ask an employee to open the locked bathroom door ....especially when they are busy and we have to stand there and wait. I presume this is for security reasons, although bathrooms in other Mcdonald locations are unlocked...even those that have the locked sign on the door. Perhaps at night this might be a legitimate policy but during the day it should not be enforced. Another concern is the lack of sweeping crumbs and in some cases ants, from under the tables. For that reason alone we are reconsidering future visits to this restaurant.

People that gave us our food acted like smug ass holes in drive through after I asked if the gravey was beef based or not because of good Friday. What if it was a food allergy or something staff needs retrained and learn how to make drinks right as my coffee had no cream in it when I ordered it with and they said they made it special. Never again at this location.

Love the Manager Steve! He is always very accommodating, kind, and provides amazing customer service. My son didn’t like his fruit splash drink, and Steve exchanged for another drink no problem- I expected to pay extra, as it wasn’t their fault, but Steve was very courteous and didn’t charge me anything! This location gets swamped sometimes, and they’re doing the best they can- and Steve always has a smile.

Every time we go to this establishment, for instance tonight they completely messed up our 3 happy meal order after charger is the wrong order, arguing at the window with the manager that they still did not have the correct order. Only to get home and the order be wrong, fries instead of apples.

Not exactly what I expected for a quick meal after a night shift. More burnt than bagel. How they thought they'd go ahead and serve this is beyond me
The food is good. Still over priced. The thing I hate is the bright LED sign. Blinds you when you drive down the road.
Also, who designed the drive thru... You made it so that everyone's head light blinds the drivers going down the road.... just a horrible design.

I just came through the drive-through on Confederation McDonald’s in Sarnia Ontario. The guy that was in the window was super nice. The girl that was in the second window that handed our food was ignorant. She had a sweater on. She screamed at us She was the worst server I’ve ever had in a fast food window If she doesn’t enjoy her job, maybe she should quit her job
