After many years of being a loyal customer I ordered a pizza for pick up at 7 pm. When we got it home 10 minutes later it was barely warm almost cold like it was sitting for a while. I called Mikes at 7:20 pm not for any refund or anything but just to inform them about the order. I realize mistakes can happen. My disappointment isn’t so much with the pizza but in the response I was given. More or less questioning what I relayed to them as being false Unfortunately they have lost a loyal customer.

It's so hot in there while waiting for your order? ! BUT.. the food & service is excellent. And, it's the only pizza?? place open on Sundays. Good menu selection & price is decent.
Went to order a sub and it was chaotic to say the least. They seemed to have no clue what was going on or what orders they were working on. My sub was completely black on top, burnt to a crisp. Two people handled it after coming out of the oven and still sent it out without saying a word.

I used to order from Mike's sometimes twice a week then I noticed quality was going downhill pretty quickly so I stopped ordering it but now I'm definitely not ordering there ever again I ordered a panzarotti and a medium Pizza I had to pay extra for cheese because I didn't want three toppings I got this food and I was so disappointed it wasn't even a Panzerroti and the pizza that used to be a medium is now a small taste like cardboard hard hard crust just terrible never again.. I cannot believe they would send food out like this I just threw it out
