I regularly come in for bubble tea, today I decided to try something different and I didn’t like it, so I asked them to make me something different. She took back the tea I didnt like, and charged me full price again for my new one. So I paid for two teas and got one. I work in customer service and I know you don’t charge someone twice for something they didn’t like. I was really disappointed with this. It also said fall drinks were $5.50 but I was charged over $8 for both. Really disappointed with this experience.
Ordered online for pick up at a later time. They must have made my drink when it was ordered instead of when I was picking it up. When I picked it up the drinks were pulled out of a fridge and the ice had melted. They tasted watered down and had no flavour. Waste of money.

Came here after eating Taco Bell & the bathrooms there are phenomenal, even after releasing the tacos. The bubble tea there was also the perfect touch to calm my upset tummy.

I am really disappointed with my visit here today. The server was really nice and timely with my order. However, I specifically asked for fruit chunks in mine as I absolutely hate tapioca in all forms. She got my boyfriend's order spot on, but mine came with the popping tapioca. I ended up giving him mine to drink, too, as he loves everything bubble tea related. This review was redeemed from a one star to a two since only my order was wrong.

The service was excellent! Knowledgeable staff, she knew her menu well and was able to take the flavours we explained and make them into drinks! The drinks...fantastic!! It was our first time having bubble tea, it won't be our last. We will definitely be back to this establishment!!
