I asked for an iced coffee with extra cane syrup and extra oat milk. It's not a challenging drink to make. Why do you have employees working there who don't even know what cane syrup is? You don't put sugar in iced coffee because it all just floats to the bottom, it's common sense. My iced coffee tasted horrible! It literally tasted like a black iced coffee. I never said I wanted a flavour shot but the employee who served me just assumed, charged me for the flavour shot that I never even asked for. If you can't understand simple terminology that's used literally constantly at places like Tim Hortons and McDonald's. On top of all of that the employees are extremely slow to make literally anything. I've bought bagels there, asked them to be toasted, only to get a raw bagel that looks like there isn't even one part of it that is brown from being toasted. Honestly do better, because I know after that experience I have no desire to go back to your cafe.

Absolutely wonderful service at the BWH location. Every single worker is a delight to interact with, always providing excellent service with a smile and a great attitude. Aside from their delicious products (their banana nut muffin is my favorite), its what brings me back time and time again! 10/10. Will always come back when I am here.

I was so impressed today. The service is always top tier but today was above and beyond. One of the staff saw me in line (there were customers that were taking a long time to decide their order) and knew my order and confirmed with me and started making it. As a nurse I have a limited time for lunch and this made the process so fast. I honestly have never had better service at any establishment ever.

the food and drinks are good but if you have a location in a busy hospital, you need to either hire faster employees or have more staff during the day. the wait times are 10-15 minutes every single time, even if the lines are short or non existent. everything is just so slow. this is a hospital, people can’t be waiting that long for a coffee/food/smoothie. it’s kind of ridiculous.

Their cinnamon rolls are the best in town and smoothies are delicious. Both the amount and quality of the wraps are also good. It was worth every cent we spent. Above all, their service is excellent. Very courteous approach to dealing with clients. Every employee has a smile on their face always.

Stopped here on my way to visit someone at BWH yesterday. Ordered tea, coffee, muffins and a chicken bacon ranch wrap. Service was excellent and the food was delicious! Excellent customer service ladies thank you!!
Update, stopped in today for drinks and snacks and the service was no different, the ladies working here sure have customer service down perfectly. Being in a hospital setting, and sometimes a stressful time for family visiting ill friends and family, even a simple thing as a warm smile and thank you have a nice day makes the world of difference.. I hope this is read by the manager and owner as the staff and the service are a 10+ in my books :)

Nice server but coffee was horribly watered down bought a chocolate muffin that was awful dry and just crumbled when I tried to eat it.

I ordered taro bubble tea with strawberry ? poppers, 2 iced teas and an amazing turkey sandwich for my little one and he mentioned this is one of the best bubble teas he has had in a while.

Garbage place. On three separate occasions I've tried to order a drink from here on SkipTheDishes and all three times they refused to confirm order despite being open. All three times SkipTheDishes has had to cancel the order and issue refunds on top of complimentary credits for the inconvenience. I feel bad for Skip, as I can't imagine how much they've lost in refunding customers + having to give complimentary credits.Whoever manages or owns this place. Do better. If you're clearly open, then you should be doing your damn jobs. At this point in time, the constant negative impact on customers should at the very least have you removed from the SkipTheDishes platform.EDIT: After the owners' reply, I decided to experiment and ordered 3 additional times, all separate days, and times. Would you imagine that, all 3 times the orders were cancelled, Skip would refund the order + inconvenience credits and they'd remove this place in particular off the Skip Network for the day. Oh, and this particular place is very poorly rated on the Skip network too.My order is simple, it is ONE drink. That is all. Yet, this store manages to somehow not even get past the first step, confirming the order. If you want what is essentially free inconvenience credits totaling $10 each time, just order from this joke of a place. Or, if you actually want your order, just order from the Mo'Cha Bubble Tea on Lambton Mall Rd, they always perform great.
