I went in craving a tuna sub and was happy ro see that it was actually the sub of the day (friday). I felt like it was the perfect day to walk in there for that sub only to find out that they were out of tuna and couldn't offer me the sub. Then when the lady made my sub, she didn't offer to heat it or grill it and just quickly got rid of me. I was the only one in there also so it's not like she was swamped. It just felt like they were lacking.

It was a busy with 4 people behind me. Counter person was by herself and only serving 1 person at a time. Other than that sub was delicious

My subs were OK. But the service was soooo slow. I'm sorry to the young lady that made the subs, but 25 mins to make 3 subs is crazy.

Parking: Limited number of spots especially when it's a gas station.

Kid-friendliness: Not a place to bring kids to eat.

Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible at front door.

It's noon an a Thursday and you guys only have 1 staff member on. I don't blame the girl working at all she is trying her hardest but 40 minutes of waiting while she struggles to keep up is unacceptable. Whoever the hell made the schedule there needs to be fired.

Best on the run, I've ever been to. Don't plan on ever stopping at another on the run, unless it's this one:)

Vegetarian options: It's a sub shop all the vegetables you want

Parking: There's always usually a space but they're limited. It's probably only 12 places to park

Wheelchair accessibility: Convenience store gas station and Mr. Sub all in one so your typical wheelchair accessibilities

Please stop claiming your meats are RWA when you clearly have your meats sliced at a factory and then packaged in small batches to be shipped out. Claiming that your meats are R.W.A while they have a ton of preservatives defeats the purpose of your claim. It's a terrible marketing tactic on your part. Also, the presentation of preparation is messed up. Why place the bun on a cutting board and then diagonally on a counter?. Your sandwich prep-table clearly has enough depth to make it the way it once was. Stop trying to be gourmet, we all know it isn't.Hire a marketing company that is very well experienced in the sandwich industry because this is amateur hour.As for this location, the layout is horrible. The sandwich maker ran out of meat so he had to walk past the customers in what is usually the dine-in area at other locations, to get to the fridge in the gas station area to get some more meat....odd. Then the cashier never told me what my total was which was also odd.
