I have eaten here several times since the grand opening and have finally decided to leave a review. I don’t like leaving poor reviews because anyone can have a bad day, but my thoughts are based on several visits and I’m not likely to return to this restaurant.The staff are less than friendly and don’t engage at all. Although they are fairly quick to serve you I just don’t think the food lives up to its pricing. Based on both taste and portion.I’m used to eating in London, Mississauga and Toronto so maybe my expectations are high. But in my experience you usually pay less and get more for your dollar.I finally asked why the pop is always warm and he said I should have been asking for ice. Really?!And the final straw was today when we ordered 3 items knowing we could take leftovers home for later. Before showing me the final bill he had the audacity to add 50 cents for a paper to-go box! This to me is extremely petty and it’s clear that they don’t respect our patronage.Best of luck!

We get take out from here weekly and the quality is excellent. Warm when we get home and even if not, reheating the broth before putting it with the substance is awesome. Quality service, quality food and my family is looking forward to the day we eat

Such a good restaurant the food is outstanding and the staff are very friendly. Everything is fresh the crab and cream cheese wontons are amazing and the Spicy peanut satay rice noodle soup with beef was one of the best things I have ever eaten. I will be returning.

Their food was really good to eat however we paid for everything we bought and didn't end up getting part of our order unfortunately as we didn't end up receiving our chicken nuggets(7pc set)I asked to use the customer bathroom and although they had agreed for me to do so they stated that I would have to wait for the person in the washroom that was already in there to come out and there for I could use it then..Once our order was bagged, we paid for the food ect & left as we were VERY hungry!The staff was VERY nice however when the guy started loading up the meal, the bag had already looked like they had already put our Chicken Nuggets into the bag so that was no big deal of course; once we got home to open up everything...Well, we got all of our order except for our chicken nuggets!..I am one disappointed customer considering once I got home to take out our food because we were going to eat as soon as possible.. I looked up the timing of what the closing time was & online it was different which was pretty confusing for not only myself but I'd think that it would be confusing for any other customer as well...It sucked so much that I had to pay for an order that I didn't get everything I paid for.. Seriously, what is it with that?.. People just WANT to scam others into buying what they've asked for BUT NOT getting what they've asked for..? I don't know exactly BUT, I REALLY hope this situation gets fixed by tomorrow considering they're not open anymore tonight..Parking: North Lambton parking lot which is FREE, & IF for some reason there is ALOT of traffic in the parking lots it's because you could be getting around at the same time people get off work.. However, IF people can be patient about the traffic, you'll get to where you NEED to be anyways...Kid-friendliness: Yes the Dollarama Store IS Kid-Friendly! Of course! IF it wouldn't be a kid friendly environment, I would even consider bringing mine or let alone someone else's child to do so & go either..Wheelchair accessibility: Yes the Dollarama on North Gate Plaza for sure has a spot JUST for people who need the luxury of Wheelchair Accessibility which is amazing! Dollarama seems to TRY to accommodate everyone in NEED.. Not that they don't EVER make mistakes everyday like they did with me together..

Got the chicken with rice and veggies, but for some reason it came with a slice of beef (doesn't say that on the menu) which was larger than the chicken it came with.The meat seemed like it was of terrible cut. Super fatty, full of cartridge and bone. Maybe that's Vietnamese style? If you like that, then you'll probably enjoy the meat here.Also tried my wife's chicken pad thai, which also just wasn't very good.Massive serving sizes, but its quantity over quality here from what I experienced.
