Ever since new ownership it’s just gone downhill, they treat their staff like garbage, I’ve been a regular for years and the one who was probably Indian nationally was just plain all rude after asking for extra sauce she rolled her eyes at me like I’ll go somewhere else

Whenever I call.for assistant if one of the Indian workers answer they dont want to do anything to help. Only when I get a girl who speaks English do I get help. I wonder how many other people have been shood away because they don't wanna talk to an English person. I was ready to order 4 LG chicken craves. Once again Indian men shooing away locals who wanna SPEND money. Enough with the cheap labor hires!

Used to love coming here for lunch, noticed a change in staff here there used to be two guys who would run lunch together and they’re super friendly and amazing but we never see the one who’s been there for years so we stopped coming because service is slow and we ordered over Uber and they didn’t get our order correct

I haven't had Pita Pit in forever. I saw a thing where I could sign up for rewards and I received a $5 off coupon and 20% off. I got the chicken and bacon in a salad bowl. I placed the order for a later time and when I went in five minutes ahead of time it was all ready for me! I paid $7 for a large because of the discount, but honestly it was SO good I would definitely pay full price. When I picked up my order I had asked if there was a fork in the bag, the one kinda snapped and said "yes". I walked out and luckily I checked because no, it didn't have a fork and where I was going did not have utensils. Not a huge deal, but thank goodness I checked before leaving because eating a salad with hands wouldn't have been fun ? I will be ordering again sooner than later, as I'm actually disappointed that I waited so long to order!

Love pita pit! The owner is awesome! I worked here two different times for a total of a few years and still speak highly of this establishment. Every time I go in, no matter what time, or how busy, all the staff is amazing. Very friendly, helpful, and polite. All around 5 stars!For anyone concerned about allergies, the owner takes cross contamination VERY serious, and they have gluten free options as well as rice bowls, not just pitas!
Vegetarian options: Lots of veggie options, falafel, black bean, veggie pita, and the vegetarian options are grilled separate from the meat (with a divider on the grill) so as to not risk contamination for vegetarians/vegans with meat.
Dietary restrictions: Gluten free pitas, made separate from the regular pitas to avoid cross contamination.
