Terrible online service. Calling Pizza Hut during the day is useless. I tried four times. Busy signal - after waiting two minutes for a person. Finally, I spoke with a person or at least tried to communicate with her. I explained that I wanted to send two pizzas to a senior couple, using my sign in information. Sending a pizza to a different address than my own was completely alien/unknown to her. After trying to explain to her what I wanted to do, I became frustrated and hung up. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When I called 45 minutes before their closing time to order a pizza, I was informed that they do not accept phone orders. Instead, I was directed to use third-party delivery services such as "Skip" or "DoorDash." Despite expressing my preference to order directly for pick-up to avoid extra fees, my request was denied. This experience has led me to believe that the individual I spoke with was potentially favoring these delivery services, possibly due to personal connections or affiliations.
We ordered a special worth $50, the pizzas were very light on cheese, nearly half missing. The cheese sticks were also very light on cheese, even when we ordered extra cheese. The cookies and wings were good.

We showed up to have a meal there. They no longer have servers, no buffet and the dining area looked grungy. They said we could order at the window and eat in the dining area if we wanted. We said no thanks we will go somewhere else. Not sure how this place is still in business!!!
