A very bad experience of Pizza Pizza’s cheese pizza could go like this:
“I ordered a cheese pizza from Pizza Pizza, expecting the usual cheesy delight. When it arrived, the crust was overly hard and tasted stale. The cheese was sparse, unevenly spread, and had a rubbery texture that didn’t even melt properly. To make matters worse, the pizza was lukewarm, as though it had been sitting out for hours. The overall flavor was bland, with no seasoning to enhance the taste. This was definitely not the quality I expected, and it left me regretting my order.”

From the time I made the order at 7:41 pm on a Sunday evening our pizza arrived 58 mins later. Took 26 mins when it’s only a 10 min drive to our north end house. Our pizza arrived cold. Driver went to 2 other deliveries first and started on its way here from a location further away from us than the actual pizza pizza restaurant. Totally unacceptable!!! Please don’t make our pizza and take it on a tour of the city. Make the pizza so it’s ready after sending the driver out with the other orders and have them come back to the restaurant for our north end delivery. No more tip in advance. This is the 3 time it’s taken long than 15 mins to get the pizza here after it’s been made. From now on driver tip will be cash at the door and will depended on the speed and temperature of the pizza and my mood. If the pizza is cold and I’m hot. There’s no tip!!!!! And if it keeps happening, there will be no more business from us!!! Just so the owners and managers understand, I’m going to repeat myself, COMPLETELY & TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE.
We ordered the party pizzas for a Christmas event. It was good pizza for a good price, I would recommend Pizza Pizza, especially for large groups.
