Going thru drivethru told to pull to front and wait.....others getting their orders. Waited waited...waited..went inside and waited. Apologies don't cut it when others are getting their food and I can see part of my order sitting on the warming shelf getting older. About 25minute wait for fast food!!!! 😔

Lost our phone outside asked staff about it, but once the manager came to check with us helped us find it had fallen in the parking lot

This place almost got 5 stars from me. The food is delicious and juicy. There are lots of options, and it is less pricey than alternatives like Mary Brown's, but I think the quality is even better than Mary Brown's. I like that there are $5 menu items so that even people on a budget can afford a treat every once in a while. The macaroni and cheese is good, much better than Mary Brown's. Some would disagree, as Popeye's mac n cheese is more plain. But I don't like onions, so this is perfect for me. Most places add onions, so I am happy that this place offers a basic mac n cheese that is still tasty. The biscuits are very tasty and enjoyable. This place has fast become my favourite chicken-centred fast food place!

Ordered spicy and mild chicken after many years of doing so only to recieve it all mixed together being told I never asked to have it separated, missed half my order for 76 dollers when going back to have order corrections made I was met with a combative manager arguing with me over there mistakes poor customer service ,witch is very unfortunate was our favorite place for chicken but when I have to beg to have my order corrected and still given issues that sad with the cost of things these days

normally the food is very delicious. this time was not. i went early in the afternoon to get some boneless wings fries and a drink. the fries and drink were fine but the wings had almost no sauce on them and the chicken was soft with no crunch whatsoever. i also had to wait a few minutes for my order to be taken in the drive thru and spend another almost 10 minutes at the window waiting for my order. this wouldn’t bug me if it was busy but i was the only person in the drive thru the whole time. i’m not sure i will be back
