They are always out significan items like mango jelly, lychee jelly etc. , I don't know what's the point of running the business if you can't keep up with stock. Been there 3 times in last 10 days and always returned without having anything

I have only had Boba tea once before I tried it here, and the place I got it from the first time made ordering much easier for someone like me that knows very little about boba. So I was unsure how to order, and the cashier was very not helpful. She was very quiet, seemed bothered by me, and even after I explained how I am not familiar with ordering, she literally just stood there staring at me like I'm an idiot. I felt like I was a bother, I felt like she could have helped a bit or maybe told me a bit more about the products they sell, and I had a bad experience. Because I didn't understand how to order and she would only repeat the same line about black tea, even when I asked specific questions, I ended up with a product that was disgusting, in my opinion. I did not like it and ended up pouring it down the sink the second I got home, and it cost almost $9. I was extremely disappointed in the service. Had she been any kind of decent employee, she could have even gave suggestions, or told me what she likes, or even answer the couple questions I did try asking. I am so disappointed. I always want to give good reviews because I want local businesses to flourish and not end up closing like so many others before. But I think I'm being generous giving 2 stars. Really, my experience here deserves 1 star but because I hate to give 1 stars to local businesses, I upped it to 2. I don't think I will ever return here, which is a shame. My first boba experience at Bobarama was so much better and got me excited to try another flavour. I strongly suggest you take your business to Bobarama. MUCH better customer service, products, environment, everything is just better. To that employee, I understand that you are younger, this is probably just a part time job to help with living expenses while going to school (I assume), but if you aren't willing to do the basics of a customer service job, please leave them to the many others who would do this job right. I ALWAYS tip, but this is the one time I can ever recall not tipping. She also didn't wait for me to leave before checking the receipt, obviously checking to see if I had tipped. After she looked, my sister ordered and I noticed an even further decline in her customer service. Tipping is not mandatory and is based on your service!!

When I want something chilled and delicious, Presotea is my go-to. My usual order is the kiwi with black tea, no added sugar, and topped with lychee or mango popping boba. Happy sipping!

What’s the point of a drink store where every time you ask for a drink they tell you “you won’t be able to drink it” I went in so many times expecting to buy something refreshing and instead got warnings and weird looks. Every single time I ordered the same drink and every time they had the same excuse: “You probably won’t be able to drink that.” Why? This time I left without buying anything. It’s frustrating and unhelpful. If you sell drinks, maybe let people drink them.
Tried out Presotea recently and was pleasantly surprised. They’ve got Sarnia’s first self-serve ramen bar, which is a unique concept. You choose your noodles from a wall of different options, cook them in a Lazo ramen machine, and then add your own toppings — things like crab sticks, dumplings, rice cakes, and green onions. It’s a fun idea, especially if you're looking for something casual or a quick bite.
The drinks were the highlight for me. I had the dragon fruit tea with lychee boba, which was really refreshing, and the mango cheesecake drink was also a standout — creamy and flavourful without being overly sweet.
Overall, it’s a neat little spot, especially if you're a fan of bubble tea. Worth a visit.
