Don't trust this staff. We had an order placed to be picked up today and when we went to pick it up we were told it was for yesterday even with the proof on our phone they told us nothing they could do. Honestly the food is not good enough to deal with the customer service

Honestly just disappointed and disgusted by they way they act was disrespectful and rude after I came in to get an order only to be told that it was for yesterday even tho I had it for today November 22 and even showed them that it was for today for them to just say that they can't do anything about it I just walked out cause I was frustrated and angry and just wanted to eat never had a problem before but don't think I will ever be going back there again after today

STAY away from this location.
Worst experience. Food is a tiny quantity for the price. Spent $20 for medium pizza with basic topings. What i received was a joke, bare minimum cheese,pizza was tiny like meant for sampling.
Hygiene is another big question, while i was leaving premises i saw staff entering had visible flour marks of hands on the pants.

Food might be good but the service is very very bad. We had ordered 3 personal pizzas at 1 pm and they took 60 minutes to prepare the order, I missed my appointment due to it. Moreover, the lady who took the order could not communicate properly in English.

They make such good pizza, affordable too. Now they've updated the menu and have pasta, chicken wings, cheese bread and lots more. Had to review after coming here for shy of a year now.

Placed an online order and estimated time was 20 mins, I figured it’d probably take longer considering they have a promotion right now so that’s fine. Got there after just over 20 mins and was told it was going to be another 20 mins. Waited and came back in after 20 mins just for the worker to not even acknowledge us. Waited 15 mins in there and no one even spoke to us, was just taking orders on the phone in the back. Our phone ended up dying so couldn’t pay (our fault) and had to go charge it quickly and came back after another 10 mins. After all that time they still gave us the wrong pizza, but at that point we didn’t want to wait any longer so just left with our pizza. First and last time coming here for sure.

Poor customer service. They argue with customer and treat them as disposable. The manager Raj/Rohit or something like that, was extremely rude and didn't show any compassion or understanding. Poorly trained personnel. I wish the upper management or owners know what is going on behind their back.
