This was my second visit to Red Swan Pizza. My first experience was great—the pizza was really good, which is why I decided to come back. Unfortunately, my second visit was disappointing. The pizza I received was overcooked, and I couldn’t really taste the cheese because of it. Also the paneer toping quantity was less as before. Hoping this was just a one-off issue, but it definitely didn’t match the quality of my first visit.

I went out of my way to try swan.got it for my gf and we weren't overly impressed. It wasnt cheesy it wasnt buttery it wasnt salty.the topping selection was great but it just fell short for us

Had a pretty rough experience at this location today. I ordered a traditional-crust pizza, but what showed up was definitely thin crust. When I called in to sort it out, the staff kept insisting that their thin crust was actually “traditional,” which honestly didn’t sit right.
I asked to chat with the manager, but I got the same answer again. On top of that, the communication wasn’t very clear, so the whole conversation felt confusing and my concern wasn’t really understood.
Just a heads-up to management and HR: it would really help if staff got better communication training, especially for customer-facing roles. Clear communication and proper product knowledge go a long way in keeping customers happy.
Overall, not the greatest experience. Hopefully this helps improve things going forward.

I had a really bad experience here. I ordered chicken wings and they were not well-cooked — honestly the worst I’ve ever tried. When I asked for ketchup, they said they didn’t have any, which was surprising for a restaurant. On top of that, the washroom was closed and there was no tissue paper available anywhere. Overall, very disappointing and I definitely won’t be coming back.

Then, one hour later, they called and said they can't fulfill the order because they don't have everything in stock. Also, they can't confirm payment, even though I already paid. Luckily I downloaded the receipt, so had to email it to them. Meanwhile, I have guests here and the food was already supposed to be here. I'm waiting for a call from their manager who isn't even there. So now I have to drive across town to hopefully get my money back. So absolutely brutal. I will never ever buy from red swan again. Truly the worst service I've had anywhere, ever. Wish I could give zero stars. So bad..... Edit to add that I drove to red swan and they could not refund my order because there's no manager and they won't be there for a few days. So Red Swan stole $75 dollars from me on top of the worst service of all time and making me drive across town. Please do yourself a favor and NEVER EVER order from here.

Don't trust this staff. We had an order placed to be picked up today and when we went to pick it up we were told it was for yesterday even with the proof on our phone they told us nothing they could do. Honestly the food is not good enough to deal with the customer service

Honestly just disappointed and disgusted by they way they act was disrespectful and rude after I came in to get an order only to be told that it was for yesterday even tho I had it for today November 22 and even showed them that it was for today for them to just say that they can't do anything about it I just walked out cause I was frustrated and angry and just wanted to eat never had a problem before but don't think I will ever be going back there again after today
