Ordered two dinners over the phone, paid over the phone, order was never placed and not available at pickup. Two stars because it’s a quick resolution to just order two chicken burger combos when you’re there for pickup… hopefully the guy who took my credit card info didn’t just leave with it???

First time here and unfortunately worst experience ever. Was told it would take 8 minutes for a puffio took 20. The kitchen was dirty and none of the employees who were handling the food wore hairnets would not go back the food tasted like nothing. Over priced as well.

Honestly, I’ve always loved Sissios in Sarnia but I avoided this place because of the bad reviews. Finally decided to give it a chance and I have to say it’s been excellent every time I’ve ordered. Must be a new requirement but they show you the food by opening the box when you arrive to ensure you’re satisfied with the look and ensure your order is correct. Great customer service every time. Price is a little expensive but it’s a small town so what can you expect. Definitely worth a shot.

First time ordering from here and This was the worst pizza I have ever eaten.. ordered an XL 3 topping came up to 40$. Should have gone with domino's it's cheaper and taste better. It was so thin... (didn't order thin) and the taste horrible. Never will I eat here again. Will try Rondo's next.. hopefully they will not disappoint

First time ordering and decided to pick up. Didn't get the dip that was ordered, partially our fault for not checking before leaving.Pizza was very good and had a lot of toppings. Dough was perfectly cooked and crispy.

Food quality was ok. Even though I'm only a 2 min drive away, I was supposed to get my order delivered as we had plenty of guests. Unfortunately, after an hour of waiting, I had to go to the location to pick the items up. Be aware that if you get 2 toppings on half of the pizza, and then 3 toppings on the other half, even though you didn't get all the toppings all over the pizza, they still charge you as if you did meaning I paid for a full 5 toppings pizza even though the toppings were only on half. I feel like I got ripped off and the pizza isn't cheap to start with. I probably wouldn't have gone back because of the food, but I will 100% not be back because of the price.
