We celebrated my daughter's birthday there and had excellent service and delicious food!!
Best Sarnia Asian restaurant by a landslide. Amazing food and great hospitality. Highly recommend!
Last night, my husband and I got off work a bit late and were really hungry, so we decided to stop by a Korean restaurant.
Unfortunately, the place closed early at 8 PM, so we didn’t get a chance to dine in.
However, we opted for takeout, and it turned out to be a great choice.
The restaurant space is quite spacious with private booths for customers, and the Korean staff were friendly.
The best part was the food, which was 10/10. I chose tteokbokki, while my husband went with pork katsu. I’ve had tteokbokki at many places, but here, the rice cakes were soft and chewy, almost melting in the mouth, and the beef sauce was incredibly aromatic, rich in protein.
The pork katsu was crispy on the outside, and inside, it was paired with a peanut butter sauce with a distinct vinegar flavor.
However, the side dishes were a bit small for two people.
It was quite interesting to find such a delicious and authentic Korean restaurant in the city of Sarnia.
Highly recommend for people to try. The location is next to The Highness cannabis.

10/10 reccomend, I'm so happy that Sarnia has a good Korean place I can reccomend to people. My go to is the seafood pancake, but the spicy pork is also amazing. The kimmari is perfect. The service is always great, and the decor and vibes are beautiful.

Found this place on a whim during our drive back to Chicago from Niagara Falls.
We ordered a few items, but the real highlight was the 순두부 (soon tofu). My mother ordered one herself, and after my dad and I had a taste, we HAD to order a 2nd bowl for ourselves in addition to our own orders. Seriously the BEST 순두부 any of us have had in a long while!

Hi, everybody! Earlier I have visited Korean Restaurant in Toronto where I was imressed a lot with their 5-6 kinds of nice looking and delicious appetizers, a big portion of Bibipmap. In Sarnia my visit to Korean Restaurant named Sodam was not so enjoyiable. Well, I ordered Chicken Katsu and was dissappointed. The battered chicken was overdried gritty and tough like shoe sole. On the side there were three tablespoons of rice (it was good and tasty) and a little portion of lettuce-cabbage salad (also good). The amount of food was small. As for starters, there were 3 of them, which were not looking and tasting good. Potato was underdone and therefore tough. Kimchi was not tasty at all. I was hungry and had to eat this food (Besides, I am not very demanding). The waitress was kind and polite, thanks for this. The interior is clean , tidy and cosy. It was my second visit to Sodam and I am not intending to come here again becuase of food quality. I'd better buy a chicken and cook it by myself.
