Well , recently bought Vanilla Matcha Protein drink was not up to the standard! The Matcha was not strained well or there is something wrong with it . I called the store and shared feedback and she note the feedback . They were ready to remake it but my intention was to share the feedback !

I understand being busy in customer service is overwhelming, but when my husband went to pick up an order and it was missing an item, he was told by staff they didn’t see it being ordered on their end (without checking) and that they were too busy because of being short staffed. Instead of trying to help with the order, they continued placing orders for the high school rush and let him stand there waiting for 20 minutes until he realized they had no interest in making our food order even with proof of purchase. He ended up walking out without the rest of our order and went to Tim Hortons. I tried calling the location to at least get our money back for the food we didn’t receive and no one answered the phone. I can’t wait for the new location opening in Sarnia because the London Rd location has been frustrating lately.

Drinks are amazing as always, same with the staff. But I would rather sit on the sidewalk of busy London Rd to have my drink than sit inside after those renovations.
The staff here are always lovely and the orders come out quickly and accurately.
But recently starbucks decided to renovate and remove any place to sit and hang out with your friends, colleagues, and family. There's also no where to work on a laptop or sit and enjoy your coffee while reading a book.
Instead there's a giant, wildly uncomfortable bench, where you can't sit facing those you come with. This bench has no tables. No functional purpose other than to wait for an order. Deeply disappointed in this change as this was my go-to writing spot in Sarnia. I'll find somewhere else.
I do wish the incredible staff all the best.

Removed all seating in new renovation, literally pushing customers out the door. Cafes are supposed to be places of community, and they threw it out the window. Will never return and always use Cathcart location now.

Most inconsistent drinks ever , one day it’s fine then next tastes horrible, all the workers are trying to work too fast instead of focusing on making your $8 drink correct, the grey hair lady looks miserable and just barks at the workers about the drive times, the manager should have been fired years ago I don’t know how she is still working there she is always horrible to her staff but then puts on a fake smile to us customers, this place used to be a nice place to get a drink but now it’s ruined, if you ever are in Sarnia take your business to the other Starbucks, better employees, better dining, and most of all they actually can make what they advertise correctly!
