Most inconsistent drinks ever , one day it’s fine then next tastes horrible, all the workers are trying to work too fast instead of focusing on making your $8 drink correct, the grey hair lady looks miserable and just barks at the workers about the drive times, the manager should have been fired years ago I don’t know how she is still working there she is always horrible to her staff but then puts on a fake smile to us customers, this place used to be a nice place to get a drink but now it’s ruined, if you ever are in Sarnia take your business to the other Starbucks, better employees, better dining, and most of all they actually can make what they advertise correctly!

Was there to get some drinks, store was busy but that doesn't justify the barista's being rude. I ordered 2 same drinks she gave one and i asked that i had 2 of the same thing but rudely she said im still working we are very busy. But when she called out other people who had two drinks she mentioned that is the first one. She didn't do it when it was my turn. Also my drink was supposed to have strawberries in it but there is none. Main point she was awfully rude

Had a drink spilt on me in the drive thru at 6am because the barista did not put the lid on properly. After having scolding coffee dumped onto my lap they did not even offer me a free drink or to refund me. I am a huge Starbucks fan but do not think I will be returning to this location. Very thoughtless.

Since I'm not a regular Starbucks customer I mistakenly stood at the pickup counter waiting to be served. There is no signage indicating where you can order. None of the 8 workers clued in and I made eye contact with at least 5 of them. There was only one other customer near the counter. Eight minutes later 2 customers entered and walked over to the counter to place their orders. They were served immediately, meanwhile I am still waiting for service! I discussed my lengthy wait with a server and she told me that most people know where to place their order. It seems like the staff here do not proactively serve customers. Nobody reached out to ask me if I had been served. Very frustrating! I felt invisible and not welcomed, or valued!

I ordered a DOUBLE SMOKED BACON breakfast sandwich and I didn’t even get bacon on it grrrrr!!I was really mad!! Go to the Cathcart on not London road!! And I asked for the new summer drink and gave me the wrong straw!
