Since I'm not a regular Starbucks customer I mistakenly stood at the pickup counter waiting to be served. There is no signage indicating where you can order. None of the 8 workers clued in and I made eye contact with at least 5 of them. There was only one other customer near the counter. Eight minutes later 2 customers entered and walked over to the counter to place their orders. They were served immediately, meanwhile I am still waiting for service! I discussed my lengthy...

Everytime I have been through the drive through window there has never been a single disappointment with the order processing staff. All are attentive, greet you and process the order correctly.The only problem I experience with this location relates to traffic on the line up to the drive through. When it is busy there is congestion at the main entrance from the road.
