Starbucks is basically a coffee-themed bank heist. I mean, who knew you could charge more for a latte than my car payment? Yet, here we are, sheepishly handing over our life savings for a cup of bean juice. On the bright side, the staff? Absolute angels. They’re so friendly and accommodating, I almost forget I just sold my kidney for a venti. Almost.

This is the 5th time I have been here when the line is empty, the drive thru is empty yet somehow 2 iced coffees take 25 minutes to obtain…. I have worked in management in the food industry and the staff at this location are too busy doing a million random tasks and talking to each other very openly rather than making sure the clients are in and out in a timely manner. Whoever the manager is does not have a handle on their staff, everyone is just like zombies walking around doing nothing but making it look like work…

I ordered five Frappuccinos through Uber Eats, but unfortunately, none came with straws. I reached out to Uber Eats, but they explained that since the drinks placed in a bag and sealed, they couldn’t verify or assist. I also called Starbucks, but the manager informed me that they couldn’t do anything on their end and advised me to contact Uber. I understand that mistakes happen, but it’s frustrating to receive drinks without a way to enjoy them. I hope both parties can work together to prevent this from happening to others in the future.

Coffee was good by Starbucks standards. I would prefer to receive ceramic cups for in store coffee but that is what is the norm at Starbucks nowadays. The place was well maintained and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
