The customer service here is incredible. The employees are very friendly and I feel welcomed here which can be hard for me. It has been really uplifting in what has been a very difficult time in my life. It is nice getting a little treat every now and then. The flavoured drinks are very good. I find the black coffee a little on the bitter side, but sometimes that is what I crave. The espresso seems to be particularly potent here, which I have learned is not a substitute for a proper sleep! The food is pretty great too, I struggle to eat breakfast sometimes but am fond of the selections here.

Staff are very friendly. Clean store with a good atmosphere. I've only had one time where the wait was a little long, when I got one of the lunch sandwiches, but other than that, the wait times aren't that long at all. The drive-thru does seem to get long lines often, and in-store seems to have a steady flow of customers, but not too busy.Parking: Shared parking lot with a few other businesses, so sometimes it can be a little crowded, but there are always spots available.

This place is out of its depth capacity wise. Staff are lovely. However it doesn’t have the capacity to service this area. Drive through lineup extends into an intersection so I think they have to inordinately prioritize that traffic. Maybe they need a 3rd or 4th machine or a second store in North end. I think I’m done though — and I’m as much a starbies loyalist as they come. I recognize this is Christmas Day but it’s not just a Christmas Day thing. In the past if I order ahead my order got put behind walk in traffic. I’ve worked in coffee for 3 years. I can see everyone trying but the facilities just aren’t up for this much traffic. Coming up on 25 minutes for an americano, I don’t think I’m gonna end up getting it.

Staff are so kind and friendly. I’ve gone here several times, usually just to pick up my mobile order as I go on my lunch breaks at work sometimes and they always wish me a good day each time and greet me as well when I was in the door.
