This place has definitely changed with the new ownership. There was 5 people in line and only one staff member working. After about 20 minutes he goes to make my sub and does not change his gloves after handling other customers cash. Then for the second time I go to pay using a gift card and he tells me it is invalid. I refused to pay which unfortunately held up service for the person behind me. He then call his manager and speaks in a different language so I don’t hear what he says. He then reboots his system which takes approximately 5 minutes. Then the gift card works.

Subway has really deteriorated since the new ownership. I notice that there the sandwiches are not as substantial as they used to be. Seating area is limited. Don’t like the tip feature on the payment pad.

Went into the restaurant at 3 pm boxing day. The employee told us that they were closed... the sign on the door said boxing day open till 5 pm... didn't even lock the door behind us. So, she's either putting the next people through the same thing or she's being selective of who she wants to serve.

No music playing on this occasion, and with 6+ people in the restaurant with no music, the silence is deafening. It’s the lunch rush but they only have one employee making the sandwiches, and they take 5 minutes to complete each sub. He’s doing his best, but he should have at least one other person with him to help get the orders out. This is more of a critique for the company, since I know the employees are told to be stingy with the toppings, but if I order a veggie sub, and there’s more bread than veggies, it’s not a veggie sub. If they can’t stand up to the fullness of the menu images, without being filled to the brim with lettuce to hide the fact they only put 4 slices of green peppers on it, then they’re empty.

I normally don’t ever post reviews, especially negative ones. However, the recent change in owners is noticeable. I ordered cream of broccoli soup as I always would, but it was truly not edible. The soup had obviously been sitting out for so long or was days old, as it was curdled and disgusting.

Brisket sub = ?. If you wanna pay over $20 for a sub. Mind you it has more meat than any other option.

Staff came across as professional enough but lacked human interaction and soft skills. No personal touch. Atmosphere is non existent (metal tables and chairs, no music or ambiance, etc. and place was a quiet as a morgue. When asked why they don’t play music or radio or something I was told they preferred it quiet. Being only customer in there at the time the silence was deafening!
