We went to Subway for New year celebration on Roller blades, to enjoy and have fun. One of old lady working on 01January,2024 around 2-3pm didn’t allowed to enter the restaurant though requested just to order for takeout, even in top agreed to remove roller blades, to go in with socks despite of explaining that we have strong grip on roller blades, self consent. It was so disappointing we came from far distance to eat, and lady refused to enter in socks as well.Be human, its self consent.Then we headed to Tim hortons ahead and their staff welcomed us with a big smile.It was horrible experience, Subway should take this into consideration so that no one should gets humiliated.Huhh

Well the services was not good, there acted like being there was the worst thing. I asked them to fix the meat on my sandwich because it was barely on the bread and they seemed snippy as they attempted to fix it. Had no care for presentation, extremely dissatisfied with their service. The bread does not even taste fresh, tasted stale. I will not be going back to that subway in Sarnia.

My meal was cold, not fully cooked and inedible. I called Subway, to inform them of their mistake.. I was poliet, I just wanted my food honestly - since I paid for it. They had me drive back, and return my food and agreed to remake my meal after raising their voice at me, trying to convince me that I was incorrect. Once we jumped the unkind hurdle, my food was made correctly and fully cooked. But the service was so poor, Ruth was very unkind, none of the staff apologized for their mistake.. just unbelievable customer service.

2 dollar mandatory tip for a 2 min service?The person (cashier and server) told me: your total is 12.74.She didn't ask if I wanted to tip or how much, or even the total price with the mandatory tip she had added. I knew I paid 2.29 of tips after I saw the amount paid was actually 15.05. If I had not checked the receipt I could have never known.It's not so much for the 2.29 tip I think she didn't deserve, it is more for the deceiving attitude and the feeling that she took advantage of a situation.How many people check the receipt afterwards, and out of these, how many actually say something?I didn't say anything, but I'm actually never going back there.

Great service, the two people working were very polite, fast and efficient. Great food, the quality was excellent, portion sizes were great. I visited the Saturday of Borderfest, Would recommend. Thanks guys
After my fiasco at McDonald's up the streetI was pleasantly surprised at the service of the crew of this particular Subway!They me to use there washroom knowing I was going to come out an order and item off their menu!WHICH IS COSTOMERY!!

Let me start by saying, Subway is a great fast food restaurant, just NOT this location.The atmosphere isn't great. There are buckets catching water leaking from the roof.Tables were all sticky and gross, even after I asked if they could wipe down the tables.The service wasn't the best. We ordered two veggie subs and they are not generous with veggies on a sub, even though, it's a veggie sub.I always do the tomato test. Subways for some reason have a huge variance on tomatoes that they put on, anywhere from 4 to 7. The Cathcart location in Sarnia is the best for toppings, this one, you're constantly asking for extra of everything. It's a VEGGIE Sub. Not asking for much.Anyways, I'd rate this place a pass and a 1/5. One because the food is edible, but go elsewhere, many other subways to choose from with better, friendlier service. Come here if you want to spend over $10 on a mediocre sub and sticky tables.1/5.___________________Follow me for more reviews, tips and photos!

I ordered 2Footlongsub and they were both burnt.. when i called the store back they said its grilled and toasted and not burnt.. employee named Rena is very rude and her Manger Julian is also not polite..
