Will not be coming back here, the old lady who was making my sub was very rude and snotty. I had to leave the store will NOT be coming back here, not a very customer friendly environment. If you don't like your job lady don't work here!!! Simple as that.. it's makes customers not want to return.. loose the attitude.

First thing I noticed is it stunk in there. Second, the girl was already wearing gloves and there wasn’t anyone else in there. Always makes me wonder what they’ve been touching with those gloves on. Next was the rude service. I asked for a ham and Swiss and was told “we don’t have that” just a very snotty short response. She stated the put ham on and was slapping it on in an aggressive way. She also put 90% of the game right in the middle. One end only had 1 piece. Then she just started to put on white cheddar. I said “you didn’t ask me what kind of cheese I want”. She took the 2 slices off the ham and threw it back in with the rest of the cheese. I’m pretty sure they aren’t supposed to do that. Overall it was just an unpleasant experience. There are other subways I can go to. I don’t think I’ll go back to this one. They don’t really seem to care about customer service based on my visit and other reviews. It’s really not that hard people. Do better.

I have been to the same subway for last 5 years almost everyday have my sub from this location but the new staff working has no name tag (sep6th at 12:30pm ) was very rude and this is the 2nd time I have faced so thought of informing the the authority about it. If you check the camera you will come to know everything. The manager working here is a good lady but when she is not here the international girls are very rude to the customers. I have been having my sub for last 5 years from the same location but never ever faced such a poor customer service.

Just visited today (July 5th 2024 10:24 pm) clearly understaffed, the lady was very rushed to the point she didn't even take my order properly I asked if she had two items she just instantly started making it without my knowledge then proceeded to get thr order wrong after repeated myself twice, she served mea wrap with two slices of cheese and the other with some shredded cheese Batley enough to cover the bread, no dip with the churro's I understand frustration but this is still something we paid for.

Okay, Don’t know how it work, but I was waiting for this, I am going to this particular location since 5 years , never had any issues, but today I was in , I witnessed the rudest customers in front of me. I know they posted their reviews as well. I wanna let owners know your night girls are fantastic, one of the Indian girl is always there , she is such a sweet heart, always polite and helpful. But the people in front of me today were soo rude to her, only because she told them , she is not allowed to put the ridiculous amount of onions of there subs, she explained it really well, inflation and all that, but they were still rude to her. I just wanna say this location is the best, I recommend to all , keep it up the good work girls.
