Subway artist use yesterday‘s bread… Definitely not that fresh sub experience I was hoping for… Definitely avoid this location

I usually love coming to this Subway because the manager, Deb, is always wonderful to deal with. However, whenever I come in during the evenings, I honestly dread it. The older blonde employee is consistently rude and makes the environment uncomfortable. She’s often aggressive toward other staff and customers — slamming things, rolling her eyes, and acting annoyed even when I’m just asking for my sandwich a certain way.
Because of this, I’ve decided I won’t be returning to this location anymore and will continue going to the Confederation Street Subway instead, where the service is always friendly and respectful.

I had a great experience at Subway. I ordered a chicken sandwich, and it was fresh, tasty, and well-made. The staff were extremely polite, friendly, and energetic, even though it was close to closing time and they were very busy too but they took my order patiently and maintained a positive attitude. Excellent customer service and delicious food. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Worst experience ever in the restaurant. Ordered online, while picking “firstly staff made the wrong order and they dont know how to talk. Secondly, they made my order with used ingredients (transferred from another sandwich). Last but not least guest service is more than worst at this location. I have the video where they were using used ingredients. Not recommend this place ever.

*Unacceptable Racist Behavior*

I was confronted by a middle-aged white woman working at this location who wrongly assumed I dropped an elderly man’s cane. She demanded, “Aren’t you sorry?” and when I asked for her name to file a complaint, she told me not to “speak my language in her country.”

Her words were blatantly racist and xenophobic. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in any workplace or public space. I hope management addresses this seriously—no one should be treated this way.

Absolutely disgusted by this owners lack of urgency. I have been trying to contact managers and the owner for 15 DAYS now with no answer. I was charged for an order I never received as the location was wrong. I was then told they couldn’t cancel the order. And now have asked to be refunded 4 times with absolutely no communication. I don’t even live in Ontario. This is just wrong.

Do better on your customer service. Not pleasant or inviting to say the least. Also? Your bread is old, stale and no cheese… what a waste of time picking up my lunch for work.

I ordered subway online and when I went there of pickup staff behaved inappropriately and told me to sit down in corner. When I eat sub it was very dry despite mentioning extra sauces and veggies they haven’t included it. Bread was also looking spoiled. Overall, it was a very bad experience and I prefer not to visit there if u need a good sub. I won’t be visiting that location ever in my life.

Will not be coming back here, the old lady who was making my sub was very rude and snotty. I had to leave the store will NOT be coming back here, not a very customer friendly environment. If you don't like your job lady don't work here!!! Simple as that.. it's makes customers not want to return.. loose the attitude.

First thing I noticed is it stunk in there. Second, the girl was already wearing gloves and there wasn’t anyone else in there. Always makes me wonder what they’ve been touching with those gloves on. Next was the rude service. I asked for a ham and Swiss and was told “we don’t have that” just a very snotty short response. She stated the put ham on and was slapping it on in an aggressive way. She also put 90% of the game right in the middle. One end only had 1 piece. Then she just started to put on white cheddar. I said “you didn’t ask me what kind of cheese I want”. She took the 2 slices off the ham and threw it back in with the rest of the cheese. I’m pretty sure they aren’t supposed to do that. Overall it was just an unpleasant experience. There are other subways I can go to. I don’t think I’ll go back to this one. They don’t really seem to care about customer service based on my visit and other reviews. It’s really not that hard people. Do better.
