we went to subway at london road around 11pm. the employee named gagan was very rude with us. first when we went there, she said we are suppose to close but thats fine even though they are closing at 12am. then, we started ordering she was n’t adding sauces properly and refused to grill. When I told her I also worked at subway and we don’t have any rule like that upon asking why not? she replied its their rule here and also at confederation subway Are you kidding we always go to confederation subway and their subways and customer service is far better than this subway and also she said take manager’s number and you can talk to him. How can someone be rude. we did not say anything about manager or anything. she was showing attitude and talking loudly and rude. She started argue with us. I never saw any employee behaving like her to any customer. she must know how to deal with customers. we will never visit there. It was wastage of money.👎🏻

Just had a great dinner at Subway, and Gagan made my sandwich perfectly! She was super friendly and efficient, even though it was busy. The ingredients were fresh, and everything tasted delicious. Definitely recommend stopping by if you're in the area

I placed an online order at this Subway location, and unfortunately, it was not prepared as requested. The sandwich had very little sauce and fewer vegetables than expected, even though I had customized it differently. It felt like my preferences were overlooked.
Additionally, the pickup experience was not great. The staff member simply pointed at the order and walked away into the inventory area, with no engagement or confirmation of the order’s accuracy. While I didn’t bring up the issue at the time, it’s disappointing when an order isn’t made correctly—especially when ordering online, where there's no opportunity to watch it being prepared.
I hope the team pays more attention to online orders to ensure customers receive what they actually request.

my 5 stars are for roop, she loaded my sub and didn’t cut me short on any of the toppings. i’ve been to plenty that will sprinkle them on leaving me to ask for more countless times before i am satisfied with the amount on my sandwich. she was very nice and has excellent customer service, i will for sure be choosing this subway over others in the area every single time.

She listened to what we wanted and how much of what we wanted and did a wonderful job loading up my sub with everything that I wanted with a perfect amount for each. As I am new in sarnia, as I entered yesterday morning it was my first time I Was trying subway. And my first experience was awesome and the staff helped me a lot in choosing best option for me. I told the staff to make their own way as I dont know about it and she made a delicious subway for me and it worth.
