Subway consistently delivers fresh, customizable meals that are both delicious and satisfying. I really appreciate the ability to build my own sandwich exactly how I like it — from the choice of bread to a wide variety of vegetables, sauces, and proteins.

The ingredients were fresh, and the sandwich artist took the time to assemble everything neatly and just the way I asked. I also love that they offer healthy options like whole grain bread and low-fat toppings. Their cookies are always warm and chewy too — a perfect sweet treat to end the meal!

The location was clean, service was fast, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Whether you’re looking for a quick lunch, a light dinner, or a healthy snack on the go, Subway is a great choice.

This is my favorite subway location in sarnia. I always receive excellent customer service and the food is always fresh and great. You can also notice the cleanliness of the entire place which is very nice. It can get very busy in there at lunch time and is a small space but they have really good noticeable team work which makes for fast service.

I had a very disappointing experience here. I asked the lady at the counter if she could grill my sandwich, especially since the grill was clearly on and working. She flat-out refused without any explanation. I wasn’t asking for anything complicated—just a basic service that most places offer without issue.

Terribl service. I placed pickup order. It was not ready on time, then We wait there and that employee started asking questions about sauces that we need, the things that were already mentioned she was asking me. Then we got our subway and we left. Subway was not good there were no crispy onions, no pickles, no capsicums very less sauces and kind off burned taste.

I’m writing this review to share a disappointing experience I had last night (June 16th, 2025) when I placed an online order for two veggie patty footlongs from this location. In the special instructions, I requested that the sauces be added properly, as I’ve faced repeated issues with this in the past (4–5 times). I even mentioned that if the sauces were not applied as specified, I would consider filing a complaint with headquarters.

When I arrived at the store around 10:25 p.m. to pick up my order, the staff member on duty (I do not know her name, but she appeared to be of East Asian descent) was visibly upset by my note and began to speak to me in an unprofessional and rude manner. I calmly explained that my request stemmed from repeated poor experiences with how sauces were handled at this specific location, despite me selecting the “more” option for each sauce during online orders.

Rather than addressing the concern, she began to argue with me and even suggested I should order from other Subway locations if I wasn’t satisfied with this one. I found this response highly inappropriate and dismissive. My intent was never to offend the staff, but simply to receive the quality of service and customization that Subway promises—something other stores in Sarnia have consistently delivered without issue.

What was particularly disappointing was that instead of trying to resolve the issue or even acknowledge the feedback, the staff member seemed more concerned about how the note might affect her internally than about providing good customer service. I eventually took my order and left, feeling extremely dissatisfied.

I chose this location only because it’s closest to my home, but the lack of accountability and poor customer service have left me questioning whether I’ll continue to do so.

I urge the store management to review this incident—especially the camera footage—and take appropriate action. Constructive feedback should be welcomed, not met with hostility. I hope this leads to better training and customer service in the future.

owner is rude. Not the staff. Owner. I will not be back to this location because he made it extremely evident the money is more important than a happy customer that would have returned. We live down the street. I will never shop in his store again and i will advise anyone else to find another location as well. Even perhaps another sub shop like firehouse. He will never see my money or anyone elses i know that lives here in sarnia or visiting. “What about me? I take a HUGE loss when one order gets messed up. I deserve to keep your money and not refund you the product you literally never received”. Not how service works bud. Staff had to convince the owner to refund my 15 dollars. What a joke. I feel bad for the staff that work for him.

They have stolen my money, I ordered online through the app and made the mistake of not changing the pick-up location. When I called the store to get it cancelled I was informed they were not able to cancel the order on their side. I was unable to locate the cancel order button through the app to cancel the order. I went to the till for the subway I was at on London Rd. and they informed me that the store can void the order on their side. I was walking that day and was not able to go across town to pick up my order. I reached out for help and the owner replied to my initial email and then left me without resolution for more that a week. Finally I email again asking for answers and I was told he had shared my feedback! What?!! So really they did absolutely anything to resolve any issue and played it off as a bad review. Never got my subs, never got my money, never got a solution. I was in the second tier for subway when I lived in London, I basically got one everyday for lunch during work. Since I have moved to Sarnia I have gotten subway maybe 5/6 times in the last year. Unfortunate

wow, the CLEANEST Subway I have ever visited. The customer service was also next level, kindly making suggestions to enhance our sandwich. Mary, the kind lady who helped me today.. I believe she is also the manager is doing a phenomenal job, I hope the right people see this review and commend her for her exceptional work. The world needs more Mary’s! Thanks Subway.

This subway is one of the best I have ever experienced. Actually I am not very good at guiding them how to make my subway so I asked Raman( one of the workers) to help me in it. She did a fantastic job in making it exactly the way I required, all the sauces and fillings were perfectly balanced. Keep up the good work.

Last night I had made an order through Uber eats and what a shame. Making a sub is probably the most easy thing, yet staff wasn't able to do same. My chicken sub order had no onions, cucumbers and spinach, jalapeño, crispy onion other veggies which I had asked for. Instead of that I got those veggies which I hadn't selected. And the ranch, no sight of it. I had a veggie patty on parallel which had equivalent no. of sauces which to my suprise wasn't dry. Upon calling Raman was flabbergasted. She was herself confused and didn't know what to say. In her defense she said that maybe because the restaurant was busy that's why the order got bad. But that is no excuse. I have worked in food industry as well and double checking the order is the first and foremost thing to be done by kitchen staff. And guess what, I got a bacon in my order. TOTAL SHAME.

Lean Fort

Every time I come to this Subway, I’m impressed by how consistent the service is. The staff are quick, polite, and always get my order right. The manager is fantastic, making sure everything runs smoothly, and you can tell the owner cares about maintaining a great experience for customers. The store is always clean, well-stocked, and the ingredients are fresh. If you're looking for a Subway that values quality and customer service, this is the place to go!
