I was at subway on vidal st on monday may 29th for lunch with a friend i got the chicken teriaki wrap and she got the same but a 6 inch sub the 2 of them were the same size snd for those and 2 drinks and 1 cookie and 1 chips was over 27 dollars rip off this is why i love fire house you get what you pay for

Have real bad experience. I got only half scoop of chicken instead of full spoon, looks like she is lazy at work. The old lady with glasses and a shot lady, both are soon mean and yelling at people

They never have salt or pepper at this location, boggles the mind. They also seem to have the same bits of wilty lettuce frozen to the side of the container for weeks on end.

Yesterday I went there order the new subway bowl and find out there was no way to put the bowl through the garbage bin as the hole are very small. Today I went there again the old lady told me "was that you ordered this yesterday. Please through away your garbage after you finished." And after I told her the garbage bin was too small. she strictly told me I should tear the bowl into pieces and put it inside...... Are u sure that what you need to tell a return customer.... Interesting....I would recommend you have a bigger hole for your garbage if you decide the serve bowls of food like other fast food.

They can't make the sandwiches the way I want them. Make a scene when asking for more onions. Tried to order online one day and they didn't put the bacon on the great Canadian club......not much of a club without the bacon! I contacted the owner and got a very poor reaction. I will save the headache ordering from them again.

The manager or owner made our experience uncomfortable. She started scolding the employee for putting too much of a certain filling in my sandwich and was very condescending. They also did not have a bunch of veggies or even pepper and Parmesan. Management needs to be trained to be respectful

Great service and the food is good. I’m not thrilled about a tip option on the credit purchase but I was treated great and left a tip.
