if you read my original review, I had a horrific experience trying to advocate for a person that got doubled charged for a delivery order. They have waited two weeks already and the money has not been returned. I am thinking of speaking to an ombusdman on their behalf. I cannot believe how poorly Swiss Chalet at London road has handled this injustice. This person is really struggling. You have lost my business forever! It deserves a zero rating. The owner should have done something....
