This was the absolutely worst take out dinner I have ever gotten from Swiss Chalet. Fries were in pieces, overcooked and so hard I couldn't eat them. Chicken was small and overcooked to the point that there was a crust on it UNDER the skin. I would have taken it back, but it was takeout and I wasn't going to drive all the way back. Do you not have any quality control?
