Bathrooms are poorly maintained. The small ones door lock doesn't work and the large/disabled one has a bad sewer order and the faucet in the sink doesn't work on the cold side. Service and food were fine though. Very nice people.

I went there a few days back and the experience was really good. I ordered a vegetarian box meal and the staff made the changes in the meal according to my preference. The ambience was great and the store looked clean. The staff was nice and polite.

GROSS, I can't believe how discusting the food was I bought today. From the stale taco shells to the no cheese and brown lettuce this place is nasty! Looked at the kitchen floor as I was waiting and I probably should have walked out. Where is the board of health, this place should be shut down!

Terrible customer service at this location. The staff were rude and completely unbothered to help or even acknowledge customers properly. I stood at the counter for several minutes before anyone bothered to take my order, and when they did, it was with a bad attitude and zero courtesy.
No eye contact, no thank you, and definitely no sense of professionalism. If this is how they treat customers on a regular day, I can’t imagine how they handle busy hours. Really disappointing experience.

Never had issues with the food here in the past. Picked up takeout tonight. I had to ask for a fork for my fries supreme. Got home only to realize they didn't give any sauces. In the past they would give me a handful without asking

Got into a yelling match with supervisor today!!! They had previously messed up an order and took my information down for a future free order. Today I went in to get the free order and they tried telling me my brother had already picked it up. I told them I don't have family around here and as they didn't check with me it doesn't matter they shouldn't have given it away...which we knew at that point was bull.
I accused them of scamming me and they run this operation all the time no doubt a staff member or a friend of staff capitalizing on what i paid for.
I yelled at the supervisor for lying and being shady he yelled back and told me to leave his store....
Horrible horrible service and how embarrassing it must be to work for them.
