Always mixed results at this location. Items are often forgotten. Tried to go tonight for dine in shortly before 8pm and the doors were locked despite the hours posted on the door saying open until 10. Staff were still inside and disregarded this.

Ordered delivery using the app which got assigned to this location. Ordered well before closing, though the hours for this location on the app and elsewhere are different. About 45mins after I ordered they called me from one of the staff member’s cell phones and said they just received my order and they are closed and would not be fulfilling it. When I asked how I can get my money back or if the order would be formally cancelled they wouldn’t answer my questions. Whole thing seemed really shady at the time and it got even shadier when I realized they cancelled the order but still charged my credit card anyways. I ended up having to call Taco Bell to try and get a refund which is still in progress. Seems like I got scammed out of my money by a bunch of employees who just didn’t want to make my food that night. Use this location at your own risk.

The food was hot and fresh, the only time Taco Bell is great and worth the money. The restaurant was clean, the staff were very friendly, and our food was made pretty quickly as well. Everything tasted great, especially the fries being hot and crunchy.Overall, no complaints and no issues during our visit. Good visit.

Ordered online twice and for some reason can't get it from London Rd so it directs me to the Indian Rd one. Both orders were wrong. Asked for 2 tacos with specific stuff on them and they just made it the regular way. Asked for ice tea both times and got Lemonade instead. Missing items in both orders. Won't be going back here again.

Worst taco bell ever.never get your order right always forget something on purpose.order cinnamon balls and they give you nachos with no cheese.this time no straws and 1 not 2 orders of cinnamon balls but paid for 2.usually no hot sauce after asking twice.

Terrible customer service. We returned with an incomplete and incorrect order and they refused to serve us, saying we received what we ordered simply because the order had been repeated back correctly. The order didn't match what came in the bag. We won't be returning.
