I went to this taco bell tonight and i was having some complications with my debit card so i told them to forget my order and that i was sorry for the inconvenience & the workers went above and beyond and gave me my order for free and 3 free drinks that i didn’t even order! made my night!! kind people still exist, thank you taco bell employees 🫶

How disappointing... You get on line at the drive thru. Wait as the cars ahead go through; wondering why it's taking so long. Then you're next! You realize the car in front of you is taking a while as well. Then, when you're ready to order, the voice on the magic box says, "Welcome to Taco Bell. I'll be with you in a moment". OK? There's the car that was in front of you at the pick-up window, but alright, I'll wait. I mean, I'm here! Come to realize, my order is taken once the car at the window is released! What? Is that what they're doing? I thought the idea of the drive thru is convenience and speed? Guess not at this Taco Bell!
This Taco Bell has just gone down hill lately. The service is terrible it takes 20 minutes to even just order your food. And another half hour to even get your food

Took 10 minutes for the gentleman at the front to stop walking around fiddling with things to take my order. He did not appear busy or otherwise preoccupied. It seemed like he was just wandering around even after another gentleman told him to take my order, he took several more minutes to waste time. Felt intentionally ignored for whatever reason.
Then they "didn't have" basic menu items I wanted. At that point I just walked out.
