Very bad experience with customer service. One girl working at desk show us so much attitude. Take too much time to take order. Never ask us for anything we need during eating. We have to eat Manchurian, 2 curries and naan in the same plate and didn’t offer us fork and extra spoon, she doesn’t come to offer anything, also our water got finished but no showed up, we called them more than 3 times but there were no response

Very disappointed with the service at Tandoori Chaska. We waited over 30 minutes just for someone to take our order, and no staff came to check on us—even though the restaurant wasn’t even busy. We came to enjoy a nice dine-in experience, but this level of service is unacceptable. Definitely not what we expected. Hope the management seriously looks into improving customer service.

Worst place to eat in Sarnia, I would say prefer malabari bistro instead of this. I ordered veg thali and got a metal ball inside that. My friend ordered chinese combo and got a nail in that. Even their menu prices are not updated and the customer service is so poor.

I had dinner with my family and ordered Kadhai Chicken, but it was a terrible experience. The chicken didn’t taste good and had a bad smell. We asked them to replace it , but they refused . On top of that, their customer service was very poor. Overall, it ruined our evening.
