The best place for thai food. Today I had chicken pad thai from here . It was incredibly delicious and good customer service . Highly recommended.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent order. I ordered a Tom Yum soup, but what I received was far from what I expected. The broth was an unusual dark brown color and did not resemble Tom Yum soup in taste or appearance at all. Traditionally, Tom Yum broth should have a reddish hue and a distinctive tangy, spicy flavor—none of which were present in my order. I have never encountered a Tom Yum soup with broth that dark.

What made the experience worse was the customer service I received when I brought this issue to the attention of the person who prepared my soup. After I politely addressed my concerns and asked for confirmation, the staff member simply said “yea” without any explanation or effort to rectify the situation, and then proceeded to continue preparing other orders without further interaction. This dismissive attitude was very disappointing.

I have never experienced such poor customer service and subpar food quality at Thai Express before, and this experience has left me hesitant to order from you again. Honestly, I won’t be coming back.

Order a tom yum soup ( beef), wasn’t upto the expectation. Got tomatoes in it, makes it more tangy. Soup wasn’t that flavourful. Service was good though.

Great experience at Thai express Sarnia. The Basil fried rice was delicious and good quantity. The best fried rice I’ve ever had from Canada. The staff is also so friendly , freshly made in front of us.

The food was extremely bad! The Thai food cooked by Indians doesn’t make it Thai. The food looked and tasted like few days old. Unhygienic practices in the kitchen. I recommend people never visit this place you might end up in the hospital. The customer service was so bad extremely bad.

I am Caucasian and a meat and potatoes kind of guy. I was at the mall boxing day and ate Thai Soup. My partner and I have Thai food at a lovely Thai restaurant in Exeter, ON about twice a month and really enjoy it. She always orders the same and easy-going that I am go along with it.
Today, being alone, I got to order.
1. It was delicious. The beef was a little tough but everything else was excellent. Tasty. 2. It took me an hour to eat with all the noodles. 3. Hot/not spicy.
Loved it. Going to order again at ThaiExpress in London and at our favorite restaurant in Exeter. Thank you.

The guy cooking last night. Horrible. Took 12 mins to flip around my order dry it right out nasty. Doesn’t know how to cook at all. Get him out of there. Waste of money.

I had Tom Yum soup here with Chicken. The soup tasted very good, but the chicken was horrible. Rubbery, unrecognisable, and just tasted bad. I am very disappointed because I remember slices of chicken that were very tasty, but that wasn't the case during this visit.

I used to love going here but my order has been wrong so many times lately. The only time the food is actually right correctly is when the owners make your food, not worth it with the recent price increase

I regularly buy takeout food from Thai Express and really love it. Particularly pad thai with shrimp and also the green curry. The shrimp are large and fresh, and their food portions are generous. I highly recommend this restaurant for Thai food fans!

Honestly amazing food, but wouldn't serve us at 7:35pm. Stating they're closed at 8 and wouldn't take a last order at 7:35pm after we waited in line. Literally pathetic level of service. It was the man that was working on June/10/2024, the guy on the wok. Probably won't be returning after that experience.

I highly recommend Sodam as an alternative, on Exmouth. Top teir food and service. For literally a couple dollars more if not same price. Better food better service.

I ordered the battered chicken Thairacha dish which was extremely below average. It felt like a new person trying to cook in his home kitchen. The veggies and chicken were extremely soggy and literally felt like I was eating mushy topping with noodles tossed in ketchup. No Thai flavour at all and I paid $25 for this bowl which is ridiculously expensive for a flavourless food!!! Very disappointed.

Stoped serving anything but apps a half hour before close.Waste of time to come here ..
