To me, the bagel factory is so underrated. It's insane how many premium bagels this place has. Herb and cheese. Dill pickle. French toast. Candy cane (seasonal). Jalapeno cheese. You pay more but the quality shows. Definitely will be returning. 5/5.

Surprisingly good bagels, great sandwiches for lunch, fast service, and easy parking. Crusty Montreal style bagels in a wide variety of flavors. Will go back if we are ever in Sarnia at lunchtime again.

The Bagel Factory in Sarnia is a fantastic find. With 24 varieties of fresh bagels to choose from, you’re truly spoiled for choice. They also offer a wide selection of spreads and fillings, making it easy to find something for everyone.
We tried the loaded veggie sandwich, egg salad, and chicken salad — all were delicious and made with fresh bagels. The staff is warm, friendly, and happy to make recommendations. A must-visit for breakfast or a quick bite!
Absolutely delicious! I had the club sandwich on a salsa bagel and it completely exceeded my expectations. The bagel was toasted perfectly and the sandwich was stacked with fresh ingredients. Everything tasted incredibly fresh and well-balanced. You can tell they care about quality. Fast, friendly service and a clean, cozy spot too. I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!

We ordered lunch for 10 people in my office yesterday and everyone really enjoyed their food (bagel sandwiches and wraps). From ordering (by phone) to pick up, the whole transaction was smooth and easy. They bagged each meal separately and clearly labeled them for easy distribution; there were no errors in the order. The portions were very large and delicious (many had leftovers). We will definitely be ordering again and I would not hesitate to use Bagel Factory's catering services for a larger group.

Visited here for the first time ever last week and I have to say… absolutely amazing! I got a half dozen bagels and a few specialty bagels and they were absolutely delicious! The staff were super helpful and friendly and the store had a nice atmosphere and sit down area! A good place to enjoy breakfast or lunch!
