This thing happened 5th time when ever I ask for a tea they gave me coffee, today at near about 4:50 I ordered 3 teas one large one medium and a small one but they gave me one coffee if you don't have just say it, and what is the meaning of confirming it again and again if you you are not giving the right order

I tried this Tim Hortons for the first time today, and everything went well. The service was fast, and my food tasted fresh, especially the baked items. The place looked clean, and the staff worked efficiently. I used the app to order ahead, and pickup was easy. Good first impression overall.

This Tim Hortons location has consistently been a great stop for me. The service is usually fast, and the staff does a great job keeping things moving, even during busy times. The baked items are always fresh, especially the donuts are made perfectly. I usually order through the app, and my pickup is ready on time without any issues. One of the worst tim location at border, i normally take a coffee break before crossing into usa, this location is a big No go. I was there at around 9pm, staff was busy in chatting with each other, bathroom was locked for unknown reasons, nobody seems serious in taking order or serving. I stayed there for like 10 mins and then left for another location. Extremely unprofessional and useless staff.

Very rude workers, they said they can’t serve me until I move my car from an area that doesn’t have any sign of no parking or standing or even a fire extinguisher. I think Canadians should start thinking twice to get rid of companies not really serving the community. Also one if the employees was blind Young guy came and started talking to me with his hands raised and we found this very aggressive behaviour. Anyone seeing this you can use the other Tims location never this

This is the second time I’ve had a terrible experience at this place. Each time, they take my order, charge me, and then fail to actually prepare part of it. Today, I ordered a coffee and a pizza flatbread. They gave me the coffee but didn’t prepare the flatbread. After waiting 25 minutes, I asked about it, only to be told it was never made. I had to cancel the order and walk out.
What’s worse is that this isn’t an first incident, it keeps happening. It’s beyond frustrating, and honestly, unacceptable. If I could give -1000 stars for the customer service here, I absolutely would.
