Horrible coffee! Tastes like reused grinds with burnt water, how is this possible. Tim's was a canadian institution, you are the most disappointing coffee shop in the past few years. Your high turnover of staff who aren't familiar with quality or cleanliness or communication skills truly shows. To the owner, please spare me the fluffing off generic response.

Did not order food ordered an iced tea after using the bathroom which I had to wait for them unlock. And the first young lady that I talk to about unlocking the bathroom door was quite rude and impatient with me. I understand that they were busy and I also understand why they have to lock the door. However, I did not appreciate her rolling her eyes at me as if I was bothering her, the bathroom was disgusting. It looked like it had not been cleaned in over two weeks again I understand because of the location and that they are busy but it doesn’t take that long to clean the toilets and make sure that there is supplies there for people who are legitimately using the bathroom , one shining light was the person that rang in my ice tea. He was very nice and called me, ma’am, and was very courteous. No pictures to show because I really did not feel like taking out my phone to take pictures of the bathroom.

I recently visited this Tim Hortons, and it was the best experience I've had at any location so far. The staff were incredibly sweet and kind, making my visit truly delightful. I'd rate it a 10/10 and highly recommend it to others. Kudos to all the staff for their excellent service!

We visited the tims hortons last Sunday and yesterday the girl in the drive thru is very rude it’s not acceptable I asked for the tray for my coffees she so furious about that

I only get coffee there. They don't use bread anymore. Hash browns taste much better than McDonalds. :)
Bagels are always fluffy and fresh, and the young women working always make me smile, whether through it's a compliment or going the extra mile.

What can I say Do not like Tim hortons anymore. Terrible company. Lost my bragging rights and everything else.the real kicker is I know they don't care. The tim hortons stage musical is just another turn off of this company but that's nothing to who they truly are.
