Stopped at this location, while on a long road trip. This is located close to the US/Canada boarder. Looking to use the washroom but no luck as they closed and had the doors locked. Even asked if they could open up but they claimed they were not allowed to unlock the doors. Maybe this could be taken into consideration given the circumstances.

This review is not for their food. This review is for staff. I went there and ask one of their staff member ( aged woman) to open washroom for me. She refused on my face by saying she doesn't have time. Then I asked another lady and she opened right away for me.Then I was in the queue to order. I noticed one guy in front me asked that same aged woman for vacancy. She refused him. After he left , she started making fun of him...Seriously, my question is what if it was an emergency for me to use the washroom. Luckily, I just have to wash my hands.Then regarding that job seeker guy. He just asked you for the vacancy. There was nothing to make fun of him.My request to tim hortan is please take my review seriously and work on this type of staff member.

God created Tim Horton and Tim Horton created Tim Hortons I don't care what religion you are that's just how it is man the extra large regular I get frequently from this location is always around the same flavour and it's always nice and hot!
Washrooms need renovation badly at this location. Taps are running freezing cold water. Cant wash hands properly. Bit smelly inside as well.

Get a coffee for 1$ (any size - XL for hot beverages and L for Ice coffee). But, this is valid for only 3 beverages at Tim Hortons i.e. only on French Vanilla, Hot chocolate or any Iced Coffee. You need one of the survey coupons that you can ask from their staff or whenever you order something just ask for the receipt and you will get the code somewhere in the middle of the receipt. I have added the image of survey coupon in the images.When I came to know about this, since then I have tried all the 3 beverages and many more. Out of the 4 Iced coffees, I have tried 3 of them. All 3 were amazing especially the Vanilla Iced coffee and Caramel Iced coffee. Mocha Iced coffee is also good but I prefer the other 2 mentioned above.The other best drink according to me is the Bailey's Vanilla drink (I don't remember the exact name, you can check the image with 3 different layers in the glass). That was the best drink at Tim Hortons (I prefer drinking cold beverages over hot ones).Spicy food - I have tried the BBQ Crispy chicken loaded bowl with Habanero Sos and the Habanero Bowl as well. Both are great, out of the two of them, Habanero one is great. Their potato Veggies are also very good and lastly their 2 Twists (4 cheese twist and everything twist).
