Probably the worst location in town. They will make whatever they want instead of what you order. If they're out of what you ordered, they'll offer something half the price as a replacement and refuse to give a refund. They've stolen my money, shared my private information when I explicitly said they could not.This owner tells his employees to lie to customers that they can't do refunds for mobile orders but when you request one through the app they say only the store can do it. I have been through this multiple times. No apology just bad attitude. When I came back to get my order fixed the employee was clearly annoyed for having to fix their mistakes. I have come to this location for over 10 years and the issues have only gotten worse in the last 8 months or so. I will finally be learning my lesson and this is my last visit. Save your time and money and avoid this location!

Service has been slower recently, and they prioritize regisers over kiosk orders 3-1. Also it seems regardless of location i go to im getting order issues are up, this location seems to be one of the better ones though.

This Tim Hortons is fast, clean, and well run compared to others. I go out of my way just to come here. The drive thru wait times are reasonable, no half hour waits which is a huge win for me. A big thank you to the owners and staff for making every visit enjoyable! I am editing this review because I was able to get the two names of the employees that make this location better. Donna and Trudy! Their customer service and coffee making skills are top notch. These two employees are great assets to this franchise.

Had a bad sugar low and had to pull into the Tim Hortons on London Rd in Sarnia
My sugar had effected my ability to walk or speak by the time I got someone’s attention to help me.
A Tim Horton employee bought me an orange juice and a few mins later came out and helped me into the restaurant, helped me order and helped me to a table.
I truly needed the help, and I was very embarrassed, and she made me feel safe by helping me make decisions and getting what I needed. She even offered me an ambulance, but of course it wasn’t needed.
I believe this is owned by the Best family and I wanted to make sure she was seen. She saved me actually, I wasn’t good that’s for sure! She went out of her way to make sure I was okay.
If it wasn’t for her I would have struggled to do any of that and so, today she is a bit of a hero!!
My brain was still mushy so I didn’t get her name but she deserves to be recognized!! I have a picture of her but I can’t seem to post it here
Edit: I found out from another satisfied and regular customer at this location, this is one of their shift managers named Trudy!
The tim hortons London road is incredibly efficient! The staff members are friendly, always spoting big smiles. The management is top notch. I’m regular there, and its because every visit is a great experience.
