Went to tim hortons a few moments ago to grab something to eat. The guy working was very rude and was least bother to even take the order. The attitude towards customer was completely unacceptable. The guy working was Indian and this thing happened at 7:15 pm on Sunday.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the recent service we received from one of your employees, on October 12th.
Boy yelled at us during the interaction, which made the entire experience unpleasant and unacceptable. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect, regardless of any issues that may arise. Unfortunately, this behavior has made me seriously reconsider using your services in the future. We have visited your establishment before and always had a pleasant experience, but this time was very different. The other girls are very welcoming,but he is terrible.

There communication and presentation is not welcoming. They don’t look at me when I’m ordering and most times talking to other staff members while I’m ordering. Truthfully if it there was another one closer to my work then I would switch. The previous team there made my day every morning and now I rather go down the road to mcdonalds

The chicken noodle soup and the Boston cream donut I got was upto the Tim Horton standards, making it very enjoyable but the girl with black vest on (no name tag) was very rude. When I asked for some pepper because the one I got was empty she rudely pointed me towards the front counter saying “you should ask there”, felt like I shouldn’t have asked. Not coming back here.

Parking: The parking lot is busy and you need to watch for cars pulling right out from drive through.
