I was at the drive thru today evening and they forgot to either mix or put sugar in all of the coffee I ordered. The staff was rude and arguing she had put enough sugar and they refused to take the coffee back. I understand refusing taking the coffee back put I do not know why the staff was rude and frustrated for asking couple of coffee bags. I was very polite to her but I don’t understand why she was frustrated for coming back for couple of sugar bags

The morning shift is excellent but every time I place a mobile order for the afternoon shift, even in advance, they seem to not even be paying attention to mobile orders when I show up to get it

Went to tim hortons a few moments ago to grab something to eat. The guy working was very rude and was least bother to even take the order. The attitude towards customer was completely unacceptable. The guy working was Indian and this thing happened at 7:15 pm on Sunday.
