I literally HATE Tim hortons but this one is actually so horrribe. I ordered a bagel and extra cream cheese (because I’m sick of getting a bagel with a smear of cream cheese that’s thinner than paper). I paid $2.00 on top of the price of the bagel and this is what I got!!! At the window when I ordered, I literally asked her to make sure there was extra and she said she would. This is like the 20th time this has happened to me!

Have been to this Tim Hortons many times and I will say it is the worst Tim Hortons in Sarnia. My cousin works there and they tell me it is not a very good work place. It seems like it’s almost completely outdated and needs a full renovation. Whenever I go thru drive thru I have to yell at the employees to hear me and they are always blaming the headsets so I’m starting to think maybe they do need new headsets? This Tim Hortons was great but it seems like it’s gotten worse and worse and with my cousin working there some of the things he’s told me changes my view on this Tim Hortons. 1/5 Star

I ordered gift cards and the teller messed it up. I asked for a refund because I was worried my gift cards were not actually loaded (I ordered a large sum worth). It became a long thing with the manager swearing on speaker phone. I had to eventually leave with the situation unresolved but they did fix it and apologized perfusely. I'm sure they serve food fine and the staff was friendly. I would just likely go to my normal location to get gift cards next time.

Go there every night for 2 coffee and 3 tea. The girl in the brown shirt today at 515 when I was telling her my order just wait a min. She was rude not like the nice staff I usually get there . Maybe u should take a look at your reviews and have a talk to that rude girl. I am there everyday but won't put up with that

I am a regular customer to this store and every Night at 10:20pm, i ordered coffee from Drive thru.On 19th October,My experience was horrible and totally disappointed. There was a lady at the door who was rude to me and one big guy at the back was meant to me. I had never had such kind of experience before in my life time.I went to this store every day because its near from my house.I would request all the customer not to go this store.
