I go through the drive-through and I Order a medium drink and a small drink I go to the window and this lady orders me two small drinks. I said that the one drink is supposed to be a medium and she was well I charged you for a small and I once asked again for a medium drink. Most rudest person ever kept rolling her eyes at me and you could clearly tell she was annoyed. Customer service is horrible. Hand me the medium drink, and proceeds to roll her eyes and walk away

Iām really disappointed with the service at this Tim Hortons location. I come here quite often, and every single time I order an iced coffee at the front counter, I get extra ice even though I never ask for it. Thereās a girl who usually takes my order ā a girl name tee may be, she always wears dark lipstick (red or pink) ā and no matter how many times I politely ask for less ice, she completely ignores it.
I clearly asked for less ice, but she still filled the cup almost to the top with ice and didnāt even stir the drink properly ā just gave it a quick shake like she couldnāt be bothered. I work in the food industry myself, and where I work, customers are our first priority. Here, it feels like customers donāt matter at all. On top of that, her attitude is terrible ā rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional every time I come in. I honestly donāt understand what the problem is, but Iām tired of getting poor service from someone who clearly doesnāt care about doing her job right. Please take this seriously, because Iām not the only one whoās noticed this kind of behavior. Itās frustrating and disappointing, and it makes me think twice about ever coming back to this location again.

Great place, great staff , food and great management!
Food is so expensive and the pizza tastes like soggy sauced cardboard. All the coworkers do is yell and complain that theyāre tired, always rush peopleās foods and drinks. Afternoon people are cool and actually donāt cry that theyāre tired.
