Go there every night for 2 coffee and 3 tea. The girl in the brown shirt today at 515 when I was telling her my order just wait a min. She was rude not like the nice staff I usually get there . Maybe u should take a look at your reviews and have a talk to that rude girl. I am there everyday but won't put up with that

I am a regular customer to this store and every Night at 10:20pm, i ordered coffee from Drive thru.On 19th October,My experience was horrible and totally disappointed. There was a lady at the door who was rude to me and one big guy at the back was meant to me. I had never had such kind of experience before in my life time.I went to this store every day because its near from my house.I would request all the customer not to go this store.

Timmies....I love your coffee and sweet things but your hash browns are soggy and terrible. Actually your wedges are pretty nasty too. I think you should give up on potatoes in general. And now I'm hungry for a turkey bacon club! Well done, Timmies....Well done!

The last eleven weeks of my life have been the most difficult in my time on this planet. My refuge, as pathetic as it may seem, is the parking lot of this particular timmys. I've spent countless hours in my car, listening to wonderful books on improving my life. The smiles and welcoming atmosphere that the staff have given me have been life-saving. I know that sounds dramatic, however true.
I just wanted the staff and the ownership at tim hortons to know that the culture can make a difference in someone's life. Keep up the great work. Your Loyal fan forever.

I visited the Tim Hortons on London Road Sarnia and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing.Worst customer service ever.How much does it cost for a Cup carrier tray Numbskull .guy gave 5 coffees and saved one Cup Carrier ?
The baker at this location is awesome. Croissants, muffins and all bakery items are so yummy . I can literally feel the taste difference when i go to any other locations in the city. Thankyou baking team. Don’t ever change the baking team.

I ordered a medium iced coffee and this is what they gave me - more than half cup of ice with the coffee. I have never got something like this anytime i ordered . Very bad service.

Please tell your cashier, they don’t have to put their full hand inside the cup while waiting to get a coffee pot to fill it. It’s probably easier held on the outside and cleaner too.
