First of all they don’t hear your order properly, if you say twice to confirm it, then they say yes okay we heard that in the most annoying tone, and if you just say once in the end they’ll say you didn’t order and then in the end all of them would start yelling at you and spoil your morning and i am always nice to them cz i know how hard-working they all are. Awesome ??

I am regular customer of this Tims store i always come in morning and evening. The girlon counter was so rude we were just deciding our order and she started saying we are closing soon hurry up with your order which is not acceptable customer service also she ruined my drink i confirmed it twice and still she made it wrong. I usually stop for Green tea or coffee. I gave four Stars because a few times did not stir the coffee & the sugar was at the bottom. Also summer time - I had to complain to the Manager - to do something about the 15+ bees circulating & buzzing around the coffee shop.

It's a Timmies. The service was great. |The coffee and tea are among the best but i have come to expect that from Tim Hortons hence my four rating. I do appreciate the fireplace and the more comfortable seating around the fireplace. The specialty donuts are always too sweet. The other food is good. i would never say no to a regular Tim Hortons donut or sandwich.
