Bonnie and her team at the breakfast counter are amazing! They always have our order right. They are the reason, my husband and I keep coming back. They deserve a raise!!!

I ordered x3 chicken parmesean pizzas and 2 crispy chicken craveables.
The buns on the sandwiches were so overloaded they were completely blackened and burnt???? Like why not chg the toaster setting and retract the 2 buns and give custo er proper sandwiches...opened the wrappers and smelled and looked completely burnt...took one bite and tossed both in the garbage. Also ordered a 20 pack of Assorted timbits and 10/20 were the plain old fashioned with no flavourful and 4 were the plain glazed.....far from anything Assorted.. ..if I was told they had very little selection left I would not have ordered.
That was after I parked and waited for 15 min for them to make the pizzas....and trying to pay at drive-thru with new trainee that couldnt figure out a rewards card for points.
Will NOT recommend this location....
Wish I could post a picture of my burnt sandwich for you all to enjoy !

At this very special location you might order of coffee and get handed a Boston cream instead . Goes to show where management and owners concerns , definitely not customer service or team training
Great Staff always helpful and friendly

This location has really gone down hill. I work close to this location and buy many coffees throughout the day - not all for myself. It's a 50/50 guess as to whether or not my drink is what I ordered. I end up pouring out more coffee than I drink. I could go on, but I can't see it being constructive. I'm stuck with this location by luck of its proximity to my work. Don't expect much and you won't be disappointed.

Restaurantji Recommends
Employees parking in the spots closest to the door, taking spots away from costumers
Has to be the slowest drive thru of any Tim Hortons I’ve ever been through.

I mostly come here because it’s close to my workplace but Tbh this Tim Horton is a mess mostly they serve me the wrong food. whenever I ordered from drive thru they didn’t even listen properly and I have to always ask for a straw. However, If I ordered from in store then they ignore you for like 10 minutes. Idk what’s wrong with the staff. Please you guys need to work on it!

For a coffee shop franchise, this specific tummies fails pretty hard. Being such a popular go-to for coffee given it's location, and yet it's the worst tummies in the city. And the only one anywhere near plants makes it especially bad. It's an insult to the huge number of customers this location gets.
