Vidal St Timâs has gone from being one of the fastest Timâs in Sarnia to the slowest one around. Service takes forever, the drive thru used to be very efficient but is now run by young employees who always seem frustrated when you get to the window, and for good reason. Some employees are speaking separate languages to each other leaving the other employees unsure of what has and hasnât been done yet. Seems like a terrible team atmosphere, and service suffers massively. Drive thru takes forever and often times you canât even understand the person who is even taking your order. This used to be my go to Timâs as itâs the Route thatâs closest to my work from my house, but I rarely go anymore. Tried today again and was disappointed again from waiting in the Drive-through line for 10 minutes

Visited this Timâs for breakfast and found the donuts fresh and the coffee well made. Drive-thru moved efficiently waited only a few minutes and the staff handled orders politely under pressure. The front-of-house and tables were generally clean; fascinating about this particular store is the staff addresses the customer with a smile even in there rush hours. Overall a good spot for a quick grab-and-go or a casual stop or to hangout with friends

Always such a great experience at this Tims! The staff are super friendly and the service is quick every time. The manager is genuinely so kind and always goes out of her way to make sure everyoneâs taken care of. You can really feel how much she cares about both the team and the guests:)

I go almost everyday. It's the best Timmies in the area in every way â friendly and speedy service and a clean environment.
When I say speedy, i mean it. This location is in Chemical Valley. They probably see some of the busiest and longest lunch rushes in town especially during Turnarounds, and still their organization and communication with each other gets you through the line faster than at other places.
I'll also add, as someone who formerly worked in the fast food industry, I appreciate hearing staff enforcing break times on each other. The staff are a committed bunch and I know it can be hard to walk away when it's busy, so it's great that they look after each other.

Also, a big thanks to Manager Bonnie for running such a wonderful team â it shows in the great service every time. Highly recommend this location!

No breakfast until 5am. Went for lunch on September 11th and bought two double stacks. By the time I returned to work it was bacon and sausage only on an English muffin. I don't think they know how to do their own sandwiches. This place is a whole lotta mistakes and dissapointment.
Roughly two weeks ago I ordered a half white, half regular hot chocolate and they gave me a cafe mocha. They just can't seem to get simple order right.
Avoid this place if other options are on your way, especially if it's before 5am. They told me all they can make is a bagel, a bagel is the only thing made to eat before 5am. I'm clueless why the menu shows anything else other than a bagel before then. It's just a false sense of menu. Normally I just don't review somewhere that is horrible as its sometimes a hiccup of a day but it's consistently horrible here.

I always have a great experience at the Tim Hortons on Vidal Street south in Sarnia. The manager, Bonnie, does an amazing job keeping everything running smoothly and making sure customers are happy. In the mornings, thereâs a guy at the drive-thru window named Milanâhis friendly smile and positive attitude always make my day. The service here is fast, consistent, and welcoming. Definitely one of the best Tim Hortons locations in town!

While the staff is doing a great job unfortunately the heat is dangerous to anybody prone to overheating or dehydration please avoid as they don't appear to be using any proper form of air conditioning or if they are I guess it's broken??? Please avoid

Stopped by the drive-thru late last night and was pleasantly surprised by how smooth everything went. The night crew was quick, polite, and got the order right even at that hour. I think Jass was on headset-super calm and professional with the pleasant smile. Always nice to get good service, even during the late shift. Appreciate the team working those hours!

Walked in half-asleep and walked out caffeinated and happy â exactly what I needed. No wait, which is rare for a Timâs in the morning. My breakfast wrap didnât look like it had been thrown together during a tornado, and the coffee actually tasted like coffee. 10/10 would stumble in again.
